    Got the van done!

didn’t have to open the second bottle until the last panel.

each vehicle so far I’ve used 2 takeoff towels, for anyone wondering (I was curious how many it would take).

still very happy with the product!

So I stayed away from ceramics up until now, due trim issues.

With the GCC being good on all surfaces I jumped on it. I am most impressed.

it took less time than my usual 3 step, looks just as good and went on easily.

I did do the silver car first, so cheated a bit

On the very first order I placed with Adam's, they sent me out one too few spray bottle tops.

So I contacted customer service -- the next day they sent me three new tops.

Last week I ordered a microfiber wash mitt, and they sent me a wheel wash mitt by mistake.

So I contacted customer service -- the next day they sent me the microfiber wash mitt I ordered and said, "Keep the wheel wash mitt, you'll need it sometime!"

Adam's may not always get things right the first time, but their customer service people always make it right, and fast!

I couldn't think of where else to put this, so I'm sharing it here mainly for the Coast Guard veterans and Wisconsinites.   My wife and I are both USCG veterans and I had my Syracuse and NY Yankees masks and today our USCG and the wife's new masks came in, so I'm sharing picture.   It is local company in Columbia, SC that is making them and I think they did a great on all three, especially the Badgers - we were really impressed.

stalebreadjr reacted to RayS in Wheel & Tire Cleaner vs Tire Cleaner on Running Boards
    Hi Dan,
No worries, we live and we learn.  In this case, I had the bonus of teaching a lot of other people at the same time

As for the Tire and Rubber cleaner, I only used that on the rubber mat portion, not the entire running board.   I love my Revive hand polish and I do have a couple of bottles on hand and will most certainly give it a try.   Revive is the best thing there is for tail lights, marker lights and golf carts and I'm going to find out about running boards.

Either way, I'm pretty sure that I have an excuse to redo my truck before I redo Mary's Terrain and they'll both get Graphene.

Update:  I had to go outside and give Revive a try - Thank you @Dan@Adams

It is starting to get dark, so I hit the center section and with the puddle lights on, you can easily see the difference where I went over it with Revive - I'm impressed.   I did the other two flat sections and stepped back and snapped a couple more pictures.   The second one is the whole board with the puddle lights on and the last picture has part of the sequential turn single on.

Based on what I can see tonight, it sure looks like Revive will be the easy cleanup to my mistake and now I have a new use for Revive since I would have never thought of using it on anything powder coated.  Thanks again Dan, I appreciate the response and recommendation.

I went ahead and used the Ceramic Coating to the door jams.

I am more then impressed with the way the Ceramic Coating turned out! The coating was super easy to put on. The prep work was were I spent most of my time. This car sits out 24/7 and has 30,000 miles on it.
    What I did:
    Adams Strip Wash
    Clay
    Adams Paint Correcting Polish
    Adams Finishing Polish
    Adams Strip Wash
    Adams Coating Prep
    Adams Ceramic Coating
Adams  Ceramic Boost (24 hours later)
Adams Glass Sealant to all glass.
    Adams VRT to tires
Adams Undercarriage Spray to wheel wells
Adams Quick Sealant to wheels (I will soon be out of this!)
Adams Metal Polish #1 and #2 to exhaust tip

I am planning on putting this on our Ram 1500 the next time it needs corrected. Maybe in the fall. I am really glad I went ahead and tried the coating.

Stuff smells awful but some of the best trim product I've ever used if it holds up.  This stuff is trashed Alaska trim with no care for 13 years.

@Dan@Adams Does this have any adverse effect when used in conjunction with the Adam's Glass Sealant?   If no, it is a win since the stuff you get in the stores tends to diminish the longevity of the Glass Sealant.  The price point makes it a product that I will get a gallon and give it a try anyway.

So a buddy of mine just picked up his new vette, but the dealer trashed it as usual, so it needd a litle love from me and Adams. Strip washed, claybared, 2 step paint correction, Brilliant Glaze, Americana wax and some Slick and Slide added for a little extra pop. Needless to say it looks a lot better !!

Hi John, great questions! Graphene Detail Spray can be used as a drying aid or after a wash, but like with any protection product, there is a possibility of build-up if you are using it heavily and frequently. Once a week or bi-weekly should be fine, but you may want to make a fresh surface a few times per year with something like Surface Prep or a light dilution of Strip Wash 👍

I recently washed my car coated with GCSC (Graphene Ceramic Spray Coating) and followed it with GDS (Graphene Detail Spray).

Is it ok to use GDS on weekly basis after wash?  Will there any build-up overtime?

stalebreadjr reacted to Captain Slow in CS3 as a wheel cleaner? Why not!
Today I rinseless washed the SS with Adam’s Rinseless Wash. When I was done I was going to do the wheels with the remainder of the rinseless wash solution. I was then going to give them a shpritz of Ceramic Boost but had left it in the basement. I noticed I had the bottle of CS3 with and got the bright idea to use it as a wheel cleaner. Wheels had about a weeks worth of rain, road grime and brake dust on them.

I hit each wheel with about 4 sprays on the face and about 6 sprays in the barrel leaving it dwell about 15 seconds.  I then went at the lugs first with an old Adam’s boars hair lug nut brush on the face and a competitor’s slinging wheel brush on the barrels and calipers. Tires were just scrubbed with rinseless solution and a tire brush.

I could see it go to work on the grunge, good start!

Wheels cleaned up very nicely and  while rinsing the beading was off the charts:

The finished product was more than acceptable for what was not a bucket and hose wash of the wheels.  I’ll add this to my winter rinseless wash regimen, but I’ll have to order a gallon before then.  👍🏼
