Eric's a top notch guy.  A month ago I was detailing my truck the night before a big show and realized that I was out of SVRT.   A quick call to Eric and a hour later he delivered it to my house in person.  Now that's what I call GREAT service.

    The Baron is correct...

Look at it from a standpoint of the insurance company - they don't have a way to qualify you or know you are not some hack who is going to damage the first 5 cars he touches and make claims for new paint jobs.

Lets say the car is stored in your garage and a bowling ball you put in the rafters manages to fall on the hood... then yes, thats covered, but no policy I've had in the past would cover just crap work. It covers accidents unrelated to the process being performed while the car is in your care.

PATRIOT WAX - In having had this on my Charger for a couple months now, and having that car only seeing Waterless Washes, I can't even begin to describe my feelings about this wax.  It is NOTICEABLEY slicker under the towel.  The surface tension on this wax is RIDICULOUSLY slippery, and it cleans up so fast.  And the same goes for the shop truck.  It lives outside, and is exposed to elements.  Most waxes I've used in the past, don't hold up as well, and allow more of the environment to breakdown it's shell.....NOT Patriot.  And MUCH less debris sticks to the surface, when I go to wash the truck, water & shampoo go shooting off the surface.  INCREDIBLY pleased with this wax.  Worth every friggin' penny......BIG TIME.  I'm not even gonna comment on the shine, because it's absolutely ri-gosh-damn-diculous, and everyone already knows that.

NEW MICROFIBER PADS - Thicker.  Stronger.  Beefier.  Better.  Period.  NO OTHER MF pad on the market even comes close.  No contest.

NEW FINISHING POLISH - I'm sooooooo impressed with the workability, and length of work time on this polish.  I've already stated that.  But what I have NOT commented on, is the stupid, obnoxious amount of gloss achieved from its finish.  WOW.  This polish, and the new finishing MF pad, have produced results I've never seen before.  So incredibly super pleased.

PROTOTYPE EDGELESS TOWEL - If the manufacturer can keep up with production, so we are NEVER out of these (like a couple of our other towels).  I absolutely DIG IT!!  Not only in the 16x16 usual size, but in a 24x36 size also.  I can see a use for this towel, as a fender mat, when wrenching on our perfectly polished cars.  I also see this as being another alternative for a drying towel as well.  MULTIPLE advantages to this towel being made & sold in a few sizes, as the quality is killer.  My advice is we also offer this in bundles of 10 with a good price break, like MANY other vendors offer.

LEATHER/INTERIOR CLEANER - Just wanted to remind everyone what a killer product this is.  I find myself doing door panels & seats, wondering - "Man I hope that comes out....I'm not sure about this one."  And this product KILLS IT.  Every, single, time!!  Don't think it gets enough credibility or kudos.  It's the best I know & never lets me down.  Along with the horse hair brush, it's a LETHAL combo!

Just been using these a good bit lately, and wanted to share.  Hope life is good, my fellow detailers!!

Hi all, checking in from Central Texas. I just got  back from vacation and none of my relatives have wifi so I had to wait to get back to post this.

While I was in Colorado I got to go to Adams. I walked up to the door and it was locked so I turned and started to leave and the door opened behind me and Matt was standing there. I told him I was in the area and wanted to take a look and he told me to come in. Well of course I expected he would let me come in and look at the showroom. Nope I got the Adams tour just like the one you see in the video. Of course in person it was great.

Matt answered all the questions I had and is a great representative for Adams.

I am looking forward to getting some Adams products and trying them out.

It is my personal opinion you should reveale the dishonest forum members when they are caught.  I gave $50 or $100 to a member about a year and a half ago, and after the gifts where recieved, he never posted on here again.  Also, I have given many free items to other forum members, out of the kindness of my heart.  If it can be avoided ahead of time, say one of these dishonest members are one's that I may send something too, then I can avoid them all together.  I don't care if they have 10,000 posts or 1 post, I would like these members publicly called out.

I'm going to respectfully disagree with Frank.

    Wash
    Glaze
    Americana

Glaze will only help with filling properties if applied direct to the finish and unlike sealants waxes don't so much bond with the surface. They act more like a candy coating on a peanut m&m riding along on top.

If you were dealing with a sealant then I'd reverse the order and do sealant then glaze, reason being that sealant do indeed try to bond to the surface and having a barrier between them and the paint does reduce the durability, which afterall is the primary reason for choosing a sealant over a wax.

I remember when I met Mook and a few guys at Auburn Auctions.  By like day 2 or 3 of the event we were deep in the details and I don't like using gloves when I do hand polish.  I was using the revive and had been using it for a few hours on a few cars and so my hands were smurfette hands.  Who walks up? Adam!  I was embarassed but it didn't phase him!
