Sizzle Chest

Holy smokes!  I should have done this years ago!!!!   Installed a 1.5 ton TRANE mini-split system!  Insulated the attic space above and my doors are already insulated.  WHAT A DIFFERENCE! 

It's been ridiculously hot as of late and I just melt while doing a job.  This is a game changer!  I worked in 77 degree comfort with practically zero humidity all weekend long!  This system will pull it down into the 60's during the heat of the day!  Yeah baby!

IMO no, it should not affect cure time. 

Humidity % will affect the 'flash' time of coatings.  Some will take longer, others less time to flash.  I have found in SW Florida that it decreases the flash time with the heat and humidity.  Just can't get away from it...yet.  Going to AC the shop soon!

Good luck, try to pick a day that you guys won't have a high % chance of rain and you will be good to go. 

You will LOVE the coating once done, cured and you get to see the benefits of it--gloss, look, feel, and the water/dirt/etc repellency.

Claying with a new uncontaminated clay bar will not scratch glass at all. 

Glass is extremely hard and the clay is not very aggressive at all. 

Now, if your clay became contaminated with some dirt, sand, etc, then yes, it is possibly to mar/scratch your glass.

Took an epic journey into the NC mountains to our cabin and spend two weeks cruising around!  We also attended the 2017 Blue Ridge Boxster Summit and enjoyed it immensely! 

Had great weather until our return trip-then it pissed rain on us all the way from SC into FL!

Put a little over 2500 miles on the 991 and are about to crack 20K miles!  It was a great trip and a great road trip vehicle!

Had some friends from Naples head up and spend a few days with us with his new to him Turbo S.

Wheels were Anthracite before this and looked great.  It was time for a change!

While I was at it and had the wheels off, I cleaned the calipers and fender liners and ceramic coated them!
