Our Spring Sale cleared our shelves of DS and a few other items, MUCH more than we anticipated, and I apologize for the lack of email notifications regarding them.
 
We are working as quickly as possible to get backorder receipts sent out. The team has been working on them over the weekend to get notifications out to everyone.

Thanks for your input.  That being said, I'd like to clear up something. When I say a sealant only lasts 1 month for me, what I really mean to say is that it's no longer to my liking and needs to be reapplied or topped off.  To me, I like to maintain that fresh slick feel and the super tight beading on my car at all times.
 
I always use an IPA mix before applying a sealant, if not a paint cleanser in addition to that step.  I never top my sealants, I find that it degrades the slickness (nubas aren't as slick as sealants typcially).
 
After the first wash, most LSPs are still okay, but the slickness has greatly diminished.  After the second and third washes, that's when I start to see spots where beading has decreased to an uncomfortable level for me and the surface no longer feels super slick and freshly applied.  By the fourth wash, I typically can't stand it anymore and reapply.
 
The good news is I won't be judging this sealant differently than the others so the control in the experiment will be the same, just the timeframe is typically much shorter than most other peoples'.
 
So if LPS, after 4 washes and 1 month, stays slicker and beads more uniformly than MPL did under the same conditions, then I will know for sure.

He uses stuff from the shine supply....he still posts his work on the IPAD facebook and the outcome looks just as great. Im starting to realize you can still get  a great outcome with other products as well....i love adams though lol

Crazyness.  That was a quick 180, from Adam's is the greatest brand ever...to not even using them.  I wonder if there's more to the story besides price point.  Many other brands are just as expensive, or even higher on many items.  I must say though, APC really needs to be concentrated

You have to be happy for the guy, we never know the inside of a person's mind, their motivations, and their personal/family situation.  If Dylan thought this was the best move for him and his family and his career, then we should be nothing but happy for him and not begrudge him.  Dylan was such an integral part of this community and became a friend to a lot of us, as such, I think we should be happy that he found a new adventure that he feels benefits him.
 
Is it a shock?  Of course, I definitely didn't expect it, but hey, that's life.  As far as working for a company that doesn't deliver products made in the USA, that's his choice, and no matter what organization you work for you strive to accomplish that organization's mission.  As we all know, not many companies provide made in USA products, might have been difficult for him to find another organization that had the same ethos.
 
Like Schwag One said, everyone has a mortgage to pay and mouths to feed.

All, I believe this thread has run its coarse and most got to speak their minds/beat a dead horse. ????. I think the Adams team have done a great job explaining the changes. I for one look forward to the additions and changes.

I really started with Adam's products from watching the Junkman videos.  He really got me into it..  Then got on the forum got great info from Junkman, Dylan, Sir-Mook ALOT, and even emailed Adam and Dylan with questions and got very quick answers.  The Junkman left, but I stayed here, now that Dylan and Mook are out,, still here.  I really liked the info and presence they put in and their demos and product introduction were greatly appreciated.  
 
Like Adam said it is a business, and things change.  They have to change, for without change, nothing moves forward.  So with that I tell Adam this,       

The BG has some solvents in it that can help clean the vinyl.  My S-I-L uses it on the matte black stripes on her Daytona Charger for that reason.

I am always showing the peeps at work you post.   

I do not mind the work in detailing, what I do not like is the cut throats that will underbid you, they have a mobile service, and wash and wax out in the hot sun with the sand blowing everywhere.  I tell everyone when I talk to them, I am not the cheapest, but I do great work.  
But you get alot of people that want the quick buck.
