  1. I was able to coat two, four door cars and still have some coating left in the bottle. They are not my cars but I take care of them. They sit out 24/7 so when I wash them again ( 1 to 2 months later) I will apply the Boost.

When applying I put about three drops on the applicator and spread over a 2x2 area. I did notice that it rainbowed quickly. If I left it on too long it became hard to wipe off. The rainbow appeared at maybe 15 seconds or so. I used light pressure to wipe off the product.

I was a little anxious when applying the coating but found that is super easy to apply. The prep work is the most important part of the process.

  2.      As mentioned steam clean as much as you can. Change the cabin air filter. Clean all the plastic interior parts with Adams Interior Detailer or Adams Leather and Interior Cleaner. Followed by Adams Leather Conditioner.  An ozone machine may help you with the smoke smell as well. Clay, compound, and polish would revive the paint. I would like to see the end result! What was the music in the background?

  3. Congratulations! Did your dealer keep you updated on the build status? Were you able to see it come off the truck? Your going to like the paint coating!

  4. Or if you're a bit less enthusiastic, just use the Ceramic Boost alone.

I went ahead and used the Ceramic Coating to the door jams.

I am more then impressed with the way the Ceramic Coating turned out! The coating was super easy to put on. The prep work was were I spent most of my time. This car sits out 24/7 and has 30,000 miles on it.

    What I did:

    Adams Strip Wash

    Clay

    Adams Paint Correcting Polish

    Adams Finishing Polish

    Adams Strip Wash

    Adams Coating Prep

    Adams Ceramic Coating

Adams  Ceramic Boost (24 hours later)

Adams Glass Sealant to all glass.

    Adams VRT to tires

Adams Undercarriage Spray to wheel wells

Adams Quick Sealant to wheels (I will soon be out of this!)

Adams Metal Polish #1 and #2 to exhaust tip

I am planning on putting this on our Ram 1500 the next time it needs corrected. Maybe in the fall. I am really glad I went ahead and tried the coating.

  5. Nice job, I didn't know you could just use a one step polish...

You can do just a one-step polish with Adams Paint Correcting Polish. The owner wanted the car to look good for Spring and Summer sales calls. The paint was in need of a polish but not TOO bad that it needed compounded. Adams Paint Correcting Polish is able to take out most of the scratches with minimal passes.

Here are some pictures from a detail that I did back in June 2014 of a 1995 BMW Z3  using just Adams Paint Correcting Polish.

In contrast, in December I used Adams Paint Correcting Polish and Adams Finishing Polish on my Challengers. These cars I do take to shows and I want that extra shine that the Finishing Polish will bring.
