Just want to say a big thankyou to the Australian Adam's supplier team. I had a minor problem with my order (a product of equal value had made it's way into my order instead of the hose sliders). So at 10 pm on a monday night last week I wrote an e-mail outlining the problem. At 1015 pm I got a reply from the Adams Team (asking me for a copy of my invoive). I supplied it...and then went to bed...but they didn't because in the morning when I checked my e-mail the good folks of Adams had replied at 1110 pm saying that the sliders would be in the post on the tuesday. And I had them on the wednesday.
 
So publicly I say thankyou for marvellous customer Support from Amy at the Adams Premium Car Care Australia. Legend.

Hey Joseph - I love the G&G, but I have a small car, so I don't use all that much, I still have 3/4 of the bottle I bought just after Christmas! It's one of my favourite products, and I wish I used more of it to keep my car looking great   I am picking up another car on the weekend, and it will be getting the paint sealant and G&G treatment, as long as the weather holds out! It does have a lot of black trim though (bumpers etc) so it could be a candidate for coating...
 
That was my thinking as well - I know wheel trims are often forgotten, but I clean mine every wash, and would love to keep them even a little bit protected.

Always good to know! I have a spare bottle of Paint Sealant here (2 bottles total, MB keep me stocked up  ) but will be grabbing a new formula bottle when they are available!

There is always a delay from US release to AU due to shipping times and popularity of some items. We're onto it along with out of stock items and some new product releases.

G,day there, my name is Cameron, I am 48yo, married and I love Ford's and 60s & early 70's American muscle. I live in Sydney Australia and whilst I currently run my own landscaping & garden maintenance business, I am building up a detailing business to take me into retirement. I hope to learn a lot from reading your forums & comments, although detailing is taken seriously here and there are businesses, it always starts in the states, so I am hoping to find lots of information, especially on white paint. My current project is a 17yo Ford Falcon which is a sedan with a fuel injected 302 Windsor, 4 speed auto, independent rear suspension & LSD. The car only has 50,000 miles on it and is in very good condition mechanically, inside and rust free straight panels. I think the car has been washed with dishwashing liquid a dozen times and that's it! I clayed the bonnet and the roof which were surprisingly clean, but revealed even more, the need for a good 3 stage polish followed by a wax. I have documented everything so far on film so hopefully I can work out how to load photo's! I also hope to learn a lot whilst I'm here and have a few laughs. Cheer's, Camo.

I've just started using Adam's products after stumbling across his videos when I was researching detailing for a work article I was writing. Loving the products so far - carried out a full decontamination and LPS on my partners brand new Mazda a few weekends ago, and have placed a few more orders since then. My newest order arrived today (Friday the 13th) Just in time to carry out a full detail this weekend!
 
So much helpful information on this site - from both staff members and other detail fanatics. I have learned so much! Any other Aussies on here?
 
The only gripe I have (and it is only slight) is that we don't have as much access to all the great products the same as the US site. I totally understand why, it would just be awesome to be able to order everything. Fingers crossed we will have some more Mystery Box sales in the future so I can really stock up on products! 
 
Will post some photos up of the Mazda once it's all 'Adamised' and looking amazing!

Absolutely. Joseph, the Aussie distributor is on 6G too. He is a fantastic detailer and is more than happy to answer your questions...... He has put up with mine for years now haha and has really made me a better detailer
