Chris@Adams Posted July 1, 2014 Share Posted July 1, 2014 Detailed my friends 1967 Chevelle today....not sure how old the paint is for sure. It's a driver and turned out pretty good. Started off with a good wash, then I clayed it was real rough when you can here the clay it's bad. Adam's Car Wash Shampoo NEW! Adam's Made in the USA Detailing Clay Combo This was single stage paint, I think lt's lacquer......All it took to wake up the old paint was PFP and White Foam pad. Adam's Paint Finishing Polish Adam's 7" White Foam Finishing Pad I removed the PFP residue with a coat of BG......followed with a coat of LPS and Grey pad. Adam's 7" Machine Sealant & Waxing Pad NEW! Adam's Liquid Paint Sealant For all the trim and wheels I used MP 1 & MP 2 they turned out great! Adam's Metal Polish 1 & 2 Combo Under the hood I used BG, In & Out Spray and MP 1&2. Adam's In and Out Spray Dressing 3 Pack Here are some before pics..... You can see in these couple pics half of the roof and trunk are polished.... Here are some after shots...
