stripesace
How does everyone care for their red applicators that they use with the leather conditioner. I have a phobia about storing it after use without cleaning it or removing any remaining product.
0 Performance Auto Detailing
Honestly I haven't cleaned one of my Leather Conditioner applicators in 2 years and it looks fine haha. But caring for it is the same as all other foam pads or applicators, spray it down with APC, brush it out or use your fingers to agitate out the old leather conditioner and flush with water. Then wring out as much water as possible and set out to dry. Good as new
0 Thorsager
I soak mine in Dawn and then rinse well. I may clean them after 3 uses. If the interior is really bad I will clean them after 1 use.
0 Norton
I clean every pad and applicator, including the ones used for LC, after every use. Then, I air dry them before putting them away. Ricky Bobby
0 TheWolf
I use a MF utility towel as an applicator, and clean it with MRB after every use. Ricky Bobby
0 Rich
Same here. I use micro towel or my hands.
0 Ricky Bobby
I clean it out after each use including my Block tire applicators. APC, hot water, rinse out well. Then take a paper towel and "squeeze" the remaining stuff out, it also helps to absorb any residual water inside. There is usually a bit of buildup you can squeeze out, good as new after that. I have some tire Blocks that are 2 years old and although they are stained they look and work perfect bc I squeeze all the gunk out of the inside when drying and after use
0 Chris@Adams
I don't clean mine every time, when I do I wash it out in the sink with APC. Rich
0 mc2hill
I store them in OPEN ziploc bags. That allows them to 'breathe' but not contact anything else.
0 BRZN
I simply rinse mine out in clear running water from the garage sink faucet after it's been used several times.
