Anyway, curious if you guys would do something like you did in the past with a multi-pack of air fresheners or maybe even do a pick 5 for $10 option. Please bring back Grape while you are at it! And Apple or Peach would also be great. Or even some of the Odor Neutralizer scents. I typically put one in all my customers cars so you guys get free advertising as well. 😎👊

I was ready to place an order for a bunch of stuff last week but wanted to wait to see if there would be any special Memorial Day prices and/or products... Of course there was, so I added a bottle of the Memorial Day Detail Spray and proceeded to check out... at the same time as everyone else, which is when the site crashed.
 
I typically flag needed items by putting them on my Wishlist, then, when I'm ready to place an order I just go in and add everything to the cart. It's a good way to remind myself of what I'm out of (or just want). The thing is... I didn't realize that I had put the Correcting Polish on the list twice and got so frustrated during the ordering (crashing) process that I didn't see "2" in the Quantity field it until AFTER submitting the order.
 
Sooooo... I'm sure the staff at Adam's had plenty on their hands at that moment (because of the flood of orders and folks complaining about the crash)... but I wanted to see what I could do to correct MY mistake. Not wanting to complicate matters by asking for a refund (or to have the entire order canceled), I asked the customer service person (via the Chat window) if I could swap one of the Correcting Polish bottles for a Finishing Polish (same price). The rep took care of it in a matter of minutes, was SUPER polite... and... when the box arrived this afternoon... in addition to the items ordered I found an American Flag, a sample of the Ultra Foam Shampoo and an Adam's sticker.
 
What's not to love about this company!

I don’t disagree.  However, this has happened with the last few limited releases. Maybe you are not buying limiteds and that’s fine but for those of us who do want them it’s rather annoying.  
 
Am I mad?  No, not at all.  Am I disappointed?  Yep.  Quite the annoyance.  Life or death?  No but I don’t want to pay Ebay prices for an Untammed set either. 

Brilliant Glaze is Pina Colada to me
Glass Cleaner has a Lime smell
Detail Spray smells like Red Bull
Leather conditioner smells like a garden hose according to somebody on the Forum but to me it smells like Leather 🤷‍♂️

I have seen a list of DS from limited editions and their scents, but I was wondering if anybody has started a running list of all Adam's products and their scents?
 
I have also seen some conflicting thoughts on scents, and I thought it would be fun to know the intended product smell. 
 
If there's none out there, we could start one here. If everybody hates this idea, I'll just try keeping a list to myself.

Try Tarminator. I had a car with some similar looking splatter on it and Tarminator took it out. Be careful to read and follow directions and follow up with some wax or sealant. I used Tarminator and a gray utility towel. I soaked the area with water, sprayed the product and let dwell for 30 seconds then sprayed some product on the utility towel and softly agitated the surface. Then immediately rinsed the panel with a hose thoroughly. This was done on a cool surface in the shade after the vehicle had been washed.

@falcaineer I hope it works for you like it has for me. An additional tip is to test it on a large panel to see how much conditioner is being spread. A lot of times I use it on door panels where the window and lock switches are. That’s sort of a good place to start as well as the steering wheel.

I love the soft interior brush it really works well for a variety of interior cleaning duties. One little trick I found it useful for is when attempting to apply Leather Conditioner to tight spaces. For example, black plastic knobs and buttons on the dash and steering wheel area. Even the turn signal/wiper/headlight stalks. I just put a small drop of the L Con on the brush and use a finger to push it into the brush and even it out prior to applying. It works awesome to apply the conditioner in places the UFO applicator could never reach. Anyway, just figured I’d share this in case anyone is like me and uses the conditioner on a lot of plastics in tight spaces in the the interior. I hope you all find this useful.

I can certainly pass this one along to Product Development as a suggestion!
 
Some of our Barrett-Jackson Detailing Team have modified our Fender Brushes in pretty clever ways to help make detailing faster at events. Some of them they cut the long handle off with a saw to get into tight undercarriage spots, and trimmed the bristles shorter with some scissors - just takes a little time and patience

I'm sure this has been brought up before but..... it would awesome to have maybe a little bit thinner handle/head or shorter bristle brush for scrubbing fender liners.

If you are feeling perfect, like your finish is 100% swirl free, and never needs cleaning or polishing, if you feel like your poop doesn't stink, like you walk on water, and are comfortable coming here to blast members or the company who pays to maintain this community, please, don't.    Need to get some negativity off your chest?  Find a dirty or swirled up car to detail.  Find a therapist, let out a primal scream, go for a run or hike, a mountain bike ride, go ski or snowboard if that's your winter kick, like it is mine! 
 
There are many ways people like to get negative energy out. Blasting other members, or this enthusiast forum sponsor probably won't help you turn your frown upside down.  Please come, hang out, be kind, give and get detailing help, and understand:  We want to earn your business, but more importantly, we want your kindness. 
 
Vote for the products you like with your dollars.  Don't buy stuff you don't like, but please, don't bash them.  If you cannot understand the marketing team's decision to bring on a particular product, you are probably not the target customer!   I have never watched TV, don't buy soda or potato chips, and don't follow sports.  Do I hang out bashing Coke, Ruffles, or slamming the Super Bowl?  Absolutely not, it's just not worth the negative energy!  (Plus, my kids, wife, and employees need me to be a positive influence.)

Gallon refills of Odor Neutralizer will be released sometime next month.

I bought my sprayer from adams about 8-10 months ago and I just make sure to rinse everything and pump clean water though it after i am done using it. Never had any issues with it
