Looks great!  I have running boards on my Nox and both the Tire Armor and the Graphene Tire Dressing work great on the rubber on the running boards.  Makes them lose that dull look that we're all familiar with.

As the topic states, back in December I wanted to try out the new Graphene ceramic coating on my 2008 F150 Harley Davidson truck. The truck was coated the previous spring with Adams ceramic spray coating and lasted easily throughout the summer with regular washes and the normal upkeep. It stays outside all the time and being a 13 year old truck I wanted to put a coat of longer lasting protection on it. Strip washed, reclayed, 2 step paint correction and coating prep to remove any minor scratches and any old coating. After the normal prep work it was time to ceramic coat it. I found that going slow and taking your time is a key to application. Having the uv light was a major advantage ! So after sitting outside since December and hitting 60 degrees today it was time to get her a bath. Using the new graphene shampoo in my foam cannon and using it to wash the truck was a breeze, high amount of suds and lubricity and here are the results. Wow is what I heard from a couple of my neighbors and one said that's not a 2008 truck ! High remarks to the new graphene line !!

I was wondering where the idea to carry oil, tranny fluid, came from, or more important, why? Being a huge fan of Adams products for many many years now, why this direction for the company. I know everyone needs to diversify. I remember when Adams hangers, socks, mugs etc came out, but was wondering when the Adams Shaving Kit, tooth brush and tooth paste set, office supplies, microwave oven, will be coming out ? I prefer a 16 oz bottle of convertible top cleaner, chrome polish or other detailing products that you don't have which I have to buy elsewhere, to oil for my car. I prefer Amasoil if it matters. This is by NO means meant to take anything away from Adams other awesome products, nor am I going to switch brands, but please stick with the products that got you guys where you are today, and focus on NEW DETAILING products you don't have out now and or things that make my car stay at its best for detailing, I don't need another flannel or beanie. Love Adams products, best customer service ever, nothing is going to change my mind about your detailing products, but.
FYI, if you come out with a shaving kit, I'll take one LOL !!

Wont be changing my car care product line either. Best products I have ever used. It is just odd to have the two products so different, and IMHO, not relative to each other on the Adams website. Looking at the Recochem Co., I can see where this will lead to. Being a chemical company, it will lead Adams into different products like washer fluid, etc etc, expanding the Adams brand name. Understandable. Just want the Adams brand to stick to being the best car care product out there, not having Adam around has definitely changed things as can been seen in the diversity and expansion of products. That being said, please put your chemical scientist in a room and come out with a awesome chrome cleaner please !

With Recochem acquiring Adam's Polishes and our blending company last year, as well as the recently announced POR-15 partnership, this provides exciting new technologies to not only expand the brand, but to develop and offer new technologies and products, and grow the international audience too since Recochem is a worldwide company. I have not discussed this with anyone yet, but I suspect that we may eventually have category tabs on the website for partner products. They're under New Products right now because they're new, and that is typically the most browsed section of the website.

Rest assured, as you said, we always strive to offer the best car care products out there. Even just last night, our chemist showed me some very cool things he is working on, but I can't discuss that quite yet!

I agree, Jimmy!  I'm a big fan of Adam's and the detailing products for which he and his company are known - have been for many years.  Understand the desire to grow, but not when it comes with diversification into (largely) unrelated areas/products.  (I get that detailing products and lubricants are both used on/in motor vehicles, but...)  IMO, this results in brand dilution.  There was a time when I proudly used nearly every product Adam's sold, but those days are long gone.  I can't keep-up with the constant flow of new/different stuff, especially when it's not for detailing.  I'm loyal to Adam's for my detailing needs and I like having autographed Adam's sign in my Man Cave, but I'm comfortable with Amsoil for my automotive lubrication needs. 🍻

Not exactly. The UV tracer isn't a wear indicator, so if there isn't any UV that doesn't mean the coating is completely gone. That said, just reapply in the small section you polished, even overlapping surrounding areas a bit, and you'll be fine.

Yes throw away the applicators, I always soak my MF towels after using them. I haven't had a problem so far.
You can get a least two vehicles out of one bottle.
I always turn some of my lights off when coating so my UV light will show up better.
    Hope this helps.

    I'll offer my two cents...

    1) If you use the one side perpendicular to the seam first vs. the side opposite the seam, you may be able to get two uses out of it by using the other pendicular side. But it'll need to be tossed after because it will harden.

Towels "can" be washed, but do not reintroduce them to the paint because it can crystallize in the towels, especially the traditional form. Save them for dirty jobs like engine bays, door jams, etc. Or toss them, and if you're starting a business, consider the cost in your pricing. Mark them in some way, like cutting off the corners on a borderless grey or with a Sharpie. The suede the towels in the kit should be tossed.

    2) You should get 2-3 average sized cars from one bottle, with one layer.

    3) Agreed with Chris, it's easier to see in darker environment, and easier on some colors than others. Once you get used to it, you'll know what you're looking for. The light that comes with it is designed for use with the UV tracer, at 395NM. It won't necessarily react under just any black lighting.

I have a couple Graphene Coating  kits with light coming and have some questions for staff or people that have applied Graphene Coating already.

1-Do I have to throw away the towels/applicators away after wiping down/applying the coating? I hear the product crystalizes and becomes rough. Can I wash them?
2- How many applications can I get out of a 60mm bottle?
3-I have the uv light coming, easier to apply in the dark or stay with my usual lighting when applying? Any difference using a black light as opposed to a uv light?
Thanks for all and any input
