  1. Your wheels, your call, John. At least you'll go in eyes wide open with whatever you decide. Post some pics when you're done!
  2. While it won't cause damage, the product website (http://adamspolishes.com/shop/exterior/coatings/adam-s-ceramic-wheel-coating.html) does warn, "This coating may add undesirable amounts of gloss to matte and satin finish wheels." Or, you might instead consider PS (or HGG, but that's shiny, too) since it will wear off faster, just in case you don't like the look.
  3. August theme: Sunsets I seriously considered an ode to the return of football season, but since some forum members likely consider football that "other sport" and driving onto the 50 yard line at your local HS/college/NFL field may be...frowned upon...let's see a pic of your shiny ride as the sun sets, both as the background, and on summer. P.S. Bonus points for getting a (real ) football field in the pic, too!
  4. Welcome to the addiction, Blake! I'm no expert, but I've read that given the extreme cold in your part of the country, ceramic pads may not be the best choice. You might consider another brand of semi-metallic instead. Pick up some WC in the meantime to help clean them, and a coating, PS, or HGG are some options to will help keep the brake dust from sticking/removal. P.S. Go Pack!!!
  5. In the future, get some TRC for your tires. And HGG is awesome (my favorite Adam's product). You'll love them both.
  6. Since reading this forum, I've since become concerned with fly poop and now fire retardant falling from the sky. What's next, "blue ice?!" I hope it washes easily, OP.
  7. First, a hat-tip to Chonke for putting this on, and of course Derek, Jeff and Robert..nice pics, and nice rides, too . Thanks to all for your votes! Even a blind squirrel finds a nut once in a while. I'll post the theme for August in the next couple days.
  8. Sea Beeze (face cleaner) also reminds me of Jr. High. The cocktail, no so much!
  9. This could work for me. I'm always in the dark.
  10. I hear ya, Joe. Maybe they'll bring it back if it was the hit it appears to have been.
  11. Looks great, Dan! Nice work. But you may want to try a less aggressive method next time...or not!...you seem to have buffed it too long and turned it into a Vette.
  12. Nice!!! If you haven't already, pick up some BG...it'll make both colors really pop!
  13. Welcome to the addiction, Anthony! Nice rides!
  14. Nope. But then again, I'm only an hour south! Really good article on this subject here, http://www.adamsforums.com/topic/17083-faq-do-the-products-have-a-shelf-life/. Bottom line, the products all respond differently to temp swings, and storing in a temp controlled environment is preferred. I know it can get cold in MD, too. And since shelves can be cheap (cough, Harbor Freight, cough), I stand by my recommendation above. It's your money, though, so your call.
  15. Nice! Love the orange. Some BG will really make that pop!
