  1. Great to have you on here, too, Larry, but so as not to hijack Kerwin's thread, I recommend you move this question either to a PM with Nathan and/or the General Detailing or Washing/Drying thread. Back to Kerwin...which part of CO are you from?
  2. I have a new bottle of the "old" BW, willing to work with you on shipping. Got it in a bit of a trade mix-up. PM me if interested. Edit: Gone. Thanks, Ed (avimore)!
  3. Welcome, Kerwin! What part of CO? Were you at the clinic this past weekend?
  4. Thanks for a great day, team Adam's! See here for more thoughts and pictures.
  5. Good point, Steve. And Joe, ironically, they were making t-shirts there on spot...in the warehouse pic, the funky looking machine on the left that looks like an antenna is the screen printer (I don't know the guy in the red shorts ). Sorry, man, I'd have picked one up for you had I known you wanted one. ************ First, thanks to Adam and the entire Adam's team for a really fun and informative day. You have a top notch organization, and it was exciting to see first-hand what makes your company so special. For the readers, if you haven't visited the HQ yet, you owe it to yourself to do so if you ever get the opportunity. Also, I'd like to give a special thanks to Matt for taking the time to give me personal tour and a look behind the scenes, Dan for his insights to take my detailing to the next level (I really look forward to trying the Ceramic Boost), Ryan for an enjoyable talk in your office (and thanks for remembering me), Joe for explaining the site's picture/video process, Eric for coming all the way from Cincy to talk and also fill my order , Kourtney for taking my money , and some Adam's dealers (Mike and Norm) for taking a few minutes to just chat and enjoy the day. Here's a quick write-up with some pictures: The clinic began with cars arriving (see Steve's pics above), Adam running around talking with a lot of us, and final preparations by the staff. Some food and drinks were laid out, as well. As you could probably guess, the clinic had two phases, both taught by Adam: 1) car wash, and 2) paint correction. The demos mainly consisted of a 2-bucket wash with Foam Gun, sealant process with HGG, paint correction with the SK, and even some ceramic trim coating. Those were certainly a couple of lucky owners! One thing that really stuck out to me was seeing lots of the staff's families drop by to also enjoy the event. Saw lots of kids walking around like they own the place...and they probably do! Adam has built an awesome work environment and what looks like a true family with his staff. At the end, even after the clinic and open house "officially" concluded, Adam and his staff stuck around for help with anyone's car that needed or asked for it. That was awesome. Finally, here are a few more pics to add to Steve's lineup... My garage and mech room are starting to look like this. But not quite this.
  6. Welcome to the addiction, Frederic!
  7. Welcome to the addiction, Allyn! Your girls have you a really great start. P.S. I'll tell you the same I do for many new members in your area of the country...please, no pics of Portillo's or Lou Malnati's. It induces uncontrollable drooling for me!
  8. APC MRB CS GC TRC DS would probably make the list if I didn't already have a few 16oz bottles.
  9. Agreed with your thoughts on the Rinseless process, Dustin. And I wouldn't worry too much about how much RW you're using. I have it on pretty good authority there might just be an Adam's box at the HQ with your name on it.
  10. Simply put, today was an absolute BLAST! Getting late, so I'll post pics and more thoughts tomorrow...
  11. All the way from Cincy, Eric? Now that's$ a road trip, right, Joe?! I'll see you in a few hours. I feel like a kid on Christmas morning!!!
  12. Anyone else on here going??? I think forum members should have special, Adam's logo nametags.
  13. I beg to differ. I might just go down towards Walsenburg, swing over to Durango, head up towards Grand Junction, then drive right on into Lousiville (~740 mi). All to show off the shine. If my car gets selected to have special treatment during the clinic by The Master himself, I'll go back home via California.
  14. Could say the same for the entire Adam's line. But in this case, Chris, definitely take the jump.
  15. Sorry to hear that, Seth. Just please tell me these posts aren't correlated... Looking forward to the pics. Think of this as another opportunity to paint correct the car once back from the shop. Also a good time for a clear bra, if you were ever considering one.
  16. In that order, I hope, Jim!
  17. Welcome to the addiction, Brandon! So, you ordered "a ton of supplies," huh?! It won't be enough. This is only the beginning. You've been warned.
  18. Here's an Adam's video on this very subject for your viewing pleasure.
  19. Welcome to the addiction, Victor!
  20. +2 for wheel bucket/Nathans process. Spraying some APC on it before rinsing will also help breakdown any leftover chemicals in the woolie.
