So here is the solution I came up with. Just a loop of black cord. I also bought some rubber edge trim from Amazon to keep the racks from scratching the polishers.

Especially like the idea of the rubber edging. That's something Adam's should add to the design.

We got the Mustang back from the paint shop and now it gets to spend a week in the garage and wait for 45 days before it gets reinspected and then we can get it sealed up.   While I'm waiting, I'll get the headlights replaced, wheels and tires done, plus a few other items.  

It is a beautiful day in South Carolina and the humidity was low enough to let me start on reconditioning the top.  I think it will take another 2 or 3 coats to get it evened out and completely back to black.  The first picture is the first coat on half the top and the second picture is with the second coat on the entire top.  To be upfront, convertible tops, tonneau cover's, hottub covers, awnings for campers/motorhomes and other vinyl that thinks it is canvas like materials get protected by 303.  I have tried a lot of different products over the years and have yet to find anything better, but it sure is expensive.
 
As as soon as I started on the top, I realized how bad the windshield cowl looks and when I reached for the Black Trim Restorer, I realized I forgot to order more, so I just added to my wishlist for the next order.   The new headlights will be here in another week or so and I'll get them installed right before we're ready to get her protected.   They are not being restored because the right side is cracked and the left side seal is bad so it would have to be baked apart and then resealed - a case of replacement is the best solution. 
 
It is on pace to be done by the end of December or first week or so of January according to how the weather cooperates and then it will go back to the daughters garage.  Which means it is time to get serious about finding my next project car - I'm open for suggestions as long as it is Red.

I'm sure they would too but that's not why I posted.  I would like to see them to do the right thing and warn people this will happen by properly labeling the bottle. 

This is a product feedback forum and I came to leave my feedback. Jump all over me all you want I could care less. I think Adam's should include some kind of hint on the bottle that the specific towel they recommended you to use for the process will permanently be altered. I would not have used the towel I did had I known that before hand. I took the time to read their label and instructions prior to use. It's my choice to be anal about the things I spend top dollar for and I'm letting the company holding my dollars know how I feel.

Who is there to "give a break" to?  It's not like someone is sitting there emailing everyone as the orders come in.  It's all computer generated and I just wanted to give a heads up that there might be some issues with it  

No the fibers aren't ruined and the towel is still usable but will now be dedicated to this task alone which I wasn't planning on.

I'm a little pissed I used a nice double soft as per Adam's recommendation with the new spray wax only to have it permanent stained pink. A little heads up it will ruin your towels would be nice....

Of course with my luck it rained last night but here she is...my next project is to polish the haze off the headlights.

I would trade up to 14 total stickers for 14 select ones that you posted.

Not really a trade but I noticed that in my last two Adams packages were a new variant of the current sticker. It doesn't have the white border and the ink has a more metallic look to it.

I'd like to recommend that stickers be placed in an envelope or something sturdy to protect them. This isn't the first order that I got where the stickers were just randomly tossed about the box and they came bent and damaged. I understand packing boxes can be time consuming and time is money but a little more care when packing stickers could avoid disappointment when a customer opens a package. 
 

No, once I posses a product I know where it's been and how it was handled.  I'd like to know the hex I just received wasn't accidentally dropped and rolling around on a warehouse floor. I shouldn't have to wash a new product for piece of mind.
