We all know what I think about Fords.......wouldn't have one. But that's me. Been a Chevy/GM guy all my life. Ford's a good company with plenty of fans, and them not taking bail out money back when scored big in my book. As for the design, it's just "okay".  Mustang was always a muscle car and that design just doesn't say that to me.  I do like the triple tail lights, but don't like the big gaping mouth in the front.   It's just kind of dull. JMO

yeah i have had mine since new.  21k on her now.  didn't get to drive that much this summer.  not much time to enjoy with the kids now...holding out though...

I had planned on taking the stock wheels off for the winter, in fact, right after the show. I guess I will do that by week's end. I still have them on, the weather has just been too nice to change them!
 
Here are a few shots I have taken since then. I plan on a whole shoot with Dylan sometime in the Spring, or maybe later this week. G2 wants to do an album on the TBSS now also, so sooner the better!

Anyone else tired this AM in redsox nation???

Took the Vette out for one last spin before she goes under cover for 5 months.  Tomorrow I'll be giving her a final wipe down, gas up, and hook her up to life support. But today was a beautiful day for a ride. We headed out Rt. 30 (Old Lincoln Highway) to Shawnee State Park and Bedford Pa.  Beautiful scenery for sure. I have to change the date on that camera one of these days.  Should be 10/29/2013

JK.  I believe Adams is an officially licensed product for GM so they are able to market products with the GM label.  there was at one point and official announcement on here.

You have no idea how difficult it was for me to pick Boston, growing up in NY and all....

nice idea.  what kind of compressor are you using?  do you have filter attached and dryer.  i would fear oil or other contaminents getting into the bucket.  maybe make and attachement to hook up to a metro vac or sidekick?

shes has to be in like her late 60's and shes here from florida visiting her aunt that lives there thats like 90.  now i was fuming all week because its taken me 4 years to get my lawn in the excellent shape that its in and the guy that mows their lawn was on vacation so some substitute mower came and mowed partially on my side and cut it so short that it burnt.  Plus i had just put in a mulched flower bed and they clippings are now all over my mulch....
 
calling the cops though for compost...thats a bit much.  but remember don't get mad get even!!!

Hey, at least your neighbor isn't an arrogant a$$ like mine that literally called the cops on me because we had a load of compost dropped in the street so the guy could apply it 1 hour later.  Yep!  It was dropped and they called the cops, one hour later the guy came back with the machine to put it down. 
 
THOSE are the neighbors I have!  NICE right?  
 
The cop was PISSED that he had to go, but he HAS to go.  
 
I despise them so much I put up trees this spring so I don't have to see them.

In a small world kind of scenario, this exact car was over with our good friends at Purifoy Chevrolet a few months back getting a little mechanical love. The car is rough cosmetically, but appeared to run strong. 

Fastforward to this week and a local car broker says he has a Callaway in his inventory hes going to try and move... of course we wanted to see it. When I realized what car it was I knew I was going to have to detail it. This car has been barn stored for some time and has deep deep DEEP swirls and scratches from a long time of neglect. 
 
For those that don't know, heres a little info on the Callaway SuperNatural 400:
In 1992, base Corvettes now used the LT1 engine. With major changes between that engine and the earlier L98, Callaway shifted from positive manifold pressure to increased displacement with the new SuperNatural series. Introduced with 400 hp, power climbed to 425, then 435, and finally 450 hp for the LT1 and LT4 cars. During this same period, Callaway also built SuperNatural Corvettes based upon the ZR-1 Corvette and the LT5 engine. Introduced with 475 hp, power was also available with 490 hp with optional header cats. A full menu of options (brakes, suspension, exhaust, body, wheels/tires) were available. Originally, the SuperNatural Series was called the CL-1 and CR-1 CL, for the LT1 powered cars. CR, for the LT5 powered cars. This moniker was very short lived, changing to SuperNatural soon after introduction.
 
With such a great opportunity to show off what our polishes can do I wasted no time setting up the camera and getting to work on what might be some of the most trashed paint I've ever detailed.

so this explains why my bottle cracked....i thought it was just me...

I got an Adams Blaster Sidekick Dryer when it was on the daily special a few weeks back and finally got around to using it yesterday. I got it mostly to dry off the rims on my SHO, which are a gloss black color and I wanted to cut down on the amount of swirls as much as possible...but its awesome for just helping drying the car off when you use a great white towel along with it. Makes getting water out of the cracks and around emblems so easy!

Rockies are in the worst division in baseball, have three people starting in the Game tonight, and have no clear #1 pitchers, only 2 #2s, and a bunch of #4s.  I expect them to not do anything and cop out with over evaluating their talent, instead of trying to get a starter in here, for Michael Cuddyer.
