So it will stain clothing then? That’s the more important question.

Just an FYI post--I ordered the $99 mystery trunk organizer and the total of products I received was around $250.  Yeah some stuff I'll never use but that's a darn good deal.  I'll give away those items I won't use.

I used tire and rubber cleaner and once dry used interior detailer, worked great.  It’s what I had on hand.

    Thanks for the tips all!

Some protection without being slick would be great.

Wouldn’t want them slick at all so I’m at a loss for what to use on my dirty floor mats.  Interior detail spray isn’t strong enough and I think I even used APC, still wouldn’t clean them.
    Suggestions?

My favorite part about beads is when you turn your car on after it parked and drive off and then hit the breaks and the water from the roof all comes down on the windshield and runs right off

2017 Silverado Z71 hood while driving (I didn’t take the pictures?).  I couldn’t resist and these are through the windshield, if you couldn’t tell.  I haven’t seen beading like this before the CB.
Garage kept. Full detail including clay, sealant, and Americana this spring.  Ceramic boosted clean paint about 2 weeks before these pics.  All Adams goods.  Detail spray in between, no washing.

    Kyle,

I think it’s awesome you are looking to get input from customers/forum members. Obviously, Adams cannot please everyone, but you guys definitely seem to connect with customers better than most companies I know. You guys do a lot of things right. Let’s start with that.

    Pros
    Customer focused
Back product line with excellent support
Quality products made in USA when possible
Great team led by a real good guy in Adam

    Cons
Forum support from actual Adams team seems to have diminished in recent years quite drastically

Prices are fairly high. I get that there is support baked in and there’s always a sale and sometimes discontinued things get drastically reduced, but most of the time 15% is all we can get off. It would be awesome to see Adams look at stats and maybe heavily discount slow sellers every now and then. Or so group buys on the Forum or social media.

Speaking of which, Some of the social media seems geared towards people who use terms like lit and fleek and bae. Those folks don’t know how to use proper English. I wouldn’t want them touching my car. At least based on the comments and some of the pair ups with some of the weird clothing brands (I guess that’s what they are) something called untamed I think. Those things tend to be happening a lot along with mystery boxes but some of the things folks ask for on the regular get no play. It’s like the focus is all over the place with things like that and product offerings that are really very strange honestly. I will always buy Adams as long as they continue the stellar product line and support. But the weird one off things don’t really appeal to me much. I like to detail cars. I really don’t care about having a backpack with Adams on it or a detail spray that says untamed. It seems like you guys are trying to do limited edition things like that to appeal to the cool crowd. I doubt most of those folks really know much about car detailing. I start looking at Adams sort of like how I looked at Chemical Guys. That’s not a good thing.

Gotcha. As I said I only place orders when I have the minimum for free shipping and  usually take a 10% or 15% discount when I do.  So Amazon Prime does not pay for me.

I'd love to hear some feedback from an Adam's rep on the durability of the CPW on a non coated car. Seems to me it would be longer than 2 months even on a DD. Even the buttery wax is said to last 1-2 months(although i'm sure closer to 1 month on a daily). I would think the ceramic content of this wax would prolong the protection quite a bit. Also, what would be best to maintain the CPW? Would it be best to use ceramic boost or HGG?

I love this as well.  It does take a little more work, but as long as you don’t do too much at a time it really isn’t any more difficult than Patriot Wax to remove.  I love the shine it adds!

    First off Welcome Adam's Forums!

I have not used this method, but in previous videos Adam has removed wax with a DA Random Orbital polisher.  He places a fluffy, soft microfiber towel (Single Soft or Borderless Grey should be fine) over the foam pad and uses a low speed to buff with.

I love the stuff.   It takes a little more elbow grease putting it on and taking ti off, but it lasts .  Just do small areas at a time.

    Hi Allen,

Ceramic Paste Wax is a pretty unique product for us here at Adam's. Not only are you combining the ease of use of ceramic properties into a wax, but you're also using a wax that has no natural carnauba in it whatsoever. To elaborate on levels of SiO2 in our product line:
    Finishing Polish: 2% SiO2
    Ceramic Boost: 12-13% SiO2
    Patriot Wax: 6% SiO2
    Ceramic Paste Wax: 34% SiO2

Through the proper use of this product, you can expect to outlast an Americana or Patriot Wax significantly. Application is the same whether on a Ceramic Coated Car or a Non-Coated Vehicle. Get Ready though because just at it is effective, theres a reason we sell Buttery Wax for easy on easy off application as this product takes a little extra elbow grease if left on for more than 6-7 minutes.

My new Silverado was the same way, clay barred then paint corrected then sealed and now it looks amazing. Only upkeep lately is Buttery Wax and Brilliant Glaze.
