Gen9Rolla got a reaction from 2011CamaroSS in PC polishing on front fascia?
You should be fine to go at it with the PC. Think of everything the front end has to deal with on a day to day driving basis, it will easily handle a PC. But, if you're still concerned you could always go at it by hand.

I say put paint sealant down, then layer with brilliant glaze and wax. Great shine and protection

For inside the door handles I put a bit of polish on a microfiber towel and work it in the paint with my hand. Works well for me

Gen9Rolla reacted to Ricky Bobby in DWC and carbon ceramic brake rotors...?
As long as the rotors are 100% completely cooled down and you are not working in sunlight or letting the product dry then I would tell you no issues on your rotors.

My buddy has carbon ceramic brakes on his F80 M3 and no problems.

Gen9Rolla got a reaction from Texas Moe in Why Adam's Paint Correction Videos Are Misleading
As stated, the thread was locked due to the growing negativity of the thread, not so much the initial post. Also as stated, paint correction is a work of art, and something that takes time, practice, knowledge, skill, and sometimes even some luck. The videos provide a great starting point into the general ideas of how to do everything, but just like everything else in life, the only way you truly learn how to do anything is to go out, make a few mistakes, learn from them and continue on. There is simply no way that any detailer or company could make a video series to cover every possible scenario (in your case, the rear end being dirtier/more contaminated). That is the purpose of the forum, being able to ask more specific questions to get more specific answers. We're all here to help each other out and to enjoy this shared passion of ours, so hopefully everyone can move on and treat this as just another learning experience. To the OP, if you have any questions please feel free to reach out to me or anyone else on this forum (I know you asked for Adam, but the team is very busy this time of year so that may not happen).

My opinion about the new American flag logo for Adam's Polishes...........................KEEP IT!
I think it's the best logo they've ever had.  Adam's has always been American made and America proud. The new logo shows their pride.

How about a new American flag logo garage banner?

Anyhow, I think this should become permanent.  No more changes.  It's right.  And if it "ain't broke, don't fix it"!!

    Great job guys.

They both work great for that purpose. Waterless Wash is nice since its ready to go without having to dilute or mix anything, but they are both very effective at bug removal.

Problem with aerosols is that they then need to comply to a whole bunch of regulations.  That is why quick sealant went away.

Gen9Rolla reacted to Dan@Adams in New style grit guard? Cyclone dirt trap? opinions?
First and foremost, fair warning that any bashing of this company in this thread and the thread will be locked immediately and warning points will be issued...

I don't have experience with this particular product yet, as my Grit Guards and Grit Guard Washboard work more than adequately enough for me. Granted, I have not tried it yet, but from that design, I would think that larger pieces of contamination or debris would get stuck in the holes or lay on flat portions of the top surface, so the wider openings of the grit guard with no flat surfaces should in theory be more ideal for keeping contamination at the bottom of the bucket where you want it.

IMO the holes could get clogged up and possibly put dirt back on the wash pad. It may work but I'll stick with the original.

While Rinseless Washing the ATS4 in the garage my wife opened the door, saw what I was doing and said "you know it's raining outside?"
What that has to do with me in a DRY garage I'll never know.

If G&G makes you happy then go for it, but personally I think the Glass Sealant is much better at protecting glass than G&G is.
