  1. Perhaps it did rain and you just can't tell. Looks great, JR!
  2. Wheel Woolie for a tool, and Eco APC and/or Wheel Cleaner for the chemicals. https://adamspolishes.com/shop/exterior/wheels-tires/adam-s-wheel-woolie-combo.html
  3. That sucks. Any pictures to help the group weigh in?
  4. Based on other posts, one bottle should be enough for a few cars. But you should get another applicator or two for the other cars. FWIW, my applicator turned hard overnight after one application of trim coating. As for washing after polish, there's no real benefit since you'll use the Ceramic Prep to clean the surface. Remember, prep is everything!
  5. I applied trim coating over stickers on an Xterra, namely on the cargo hold adjacent to the roof rack, without issue.
  6. Oz has you covered above. Now's the time, too...15% off for Father's Day. Enjoy!
  7. Thanks, Shane. What I should clarify is I have a few leads to details for customers, so just checking options. They all came today, too...must be summer! Am I legit in saying the car is polished and sealed after using One Step? Granted, shorter lifespan than true PS, but want to make sure I'm being honest.
  8. Can and/or should Paint Sealant be applied after One Step? If so, remove the One Step residue? How, without removing the One Step sealant?
  9. Older topic, but reviving to say I found out it was accidentally deleted. Hopefully they release a new, updated version - this was one of my favorites. Hint, hint, Adam's team!
  10. If they were still seeing double, they may think you did all of the glass and hood. ?
  11. Welcome to the addiction, David! Before you apply the Paint Selant, be sure to strip wash the car to remove any wax, etc. Also recommend you clay the car, which may also lead to paint correction. The polish is what will help add to the depth and shine of the paint. PS needs to have a naked surface to bond to the paint. Recommend you use Adam's Strip Wash, but you could also add a few ounces of Eco APC to your wash bucket. The sealant will be the base layer, then you can layer Americana over it. Your plan to use Buttery every month or so sounds good, then Sealant and wax again in about 6 months. You might also want to look into HGG as a maintenance product. Super simple to use, it adds great protection and a ton of shine. My favorite Adam's product. Here's a great article that addresses some of your questions and then some...
  12. Welcome! Be sure to post an intro in the New Member forum. For your interior, the Interior Detailer should be all you need, especially for such a new truck. The Leather and Interior Cleaner is a pretty strong cleaner, and I'm not so sure you should or need to use it on the wood trim areas. Instead, it's meant more for stains, ground-in stuff, etc. Have you also picked up some Leather Conditioner? If not, get it. It has some mild cleaning properties, adds SPF 65 to the surfaces (not just for leather, but can be used on the dash, door panels, etc.), should be used to treat areas cleaned with the LIC, and it smells awesome. Now, let's see some pics of that truck!
  13. No, but i think it's been talked about on here before. May need to do some digging. But have you tried TS? Lasts quite a bit longer, and is my go to for tires (aftre using VRT for a while). You can knock down the shine with a towel, if desired.
  14. Welcome, Billy! Nice, shiny lookin' rides you got there! Any questions, ask away. Any wisdom, we'll take it. ?
  15. It adds SPF 65 protection. Is that what you're getting at?
  16. Welcome! Nice collection you've got going. ?
  17. I really need to get some of those. Good idea, by the way.
  18. For future reference, agreed with VRT at the beginning, and I'd add to do it right after strip wash, before clay for the same reasons. To remove it now, for those reading without a steamer, Eco APC will work fine (it also removes any protection not named coating, but since we are talking about polish, safe to assume there isn't any on the car). I imagine Ceramic Prep will work, too, but haven't tried.
  19. I haven't bought anything like these (most everything on my car is stock), but those look a little rough to me for being new. But I would expect new plastic parts to be shiny and swirl free. Agreed with Jim, contact the seller and request a replacement. If it comes that way again, then you can take the time to try and correct the swirls, or maybe consider a different seller. Good luck. And don't forget the pics when you're done!!!
  20. Welcome! Great to have you here. Don't be shy about asking any questions...
