Hey Seth! Absolutely! We recommend about 2-3oz of Wash + Coat in the Foam Cannon. Fill the canister mostly with warm water first, then pour in the 3oz of Wash + Coat. Carefully thread the barrel on and then shake it up a bit to mix the shampoo around evenly.

You can see it demonstrated in the video below:

Edit: Embedded a better video link!

And here’s the first pic with some film on the car.

Matte and satin colors really pronounce body lines as you can tell. And when set against a gloss accent really brings out the details.

As red/burnt orange as it looks under the fluorescent lights, it’s more orange in natural sunlight.

I CSC both my cars. Although I CC both of them in the fall, i couldnt resist the BF deal so grabbed the CSC.  (I know it’s probably overkill).
The CSC is sooooo easy to use.  It was very easy to apply and remove.  I was afraid of streaking on my black car, but it was much easier to remove then First gen CB!  Nearly streakless!   Probably used less than 1/3 of the bottle for both cars.

NY Post reported that the owner of this rare (1 of 25..24 now) was involved in several accidents this AM in mid-town.  Thankfully no reports of injuries.  The owner was allegedly intoxicated...but this poor car is wrecked.  It literally hurts me to look at this pic. Its a customized Porsche carrera GT....😳😬😭

Man neither the Demon nor the plane are mine. I detailed that Demon a few weeks back and figured it would be a cool car to show you guys. Wish it was mine for sure! I’m pretty sure the Demon has more HP by far.

Yesterday I rinseless washed the wife’s Beast. I used the many MF towels in a bucket method with ONR. Each panel was wiped twice and after second pass I hit the surface with Adam’s clay mitt. Each panel was dried then treated to a spritz of Adam’s Ceramic Boost. Trim was scrubbed with Adam’s APC, rinsed then given a wipe down with a competitor’s  black trim restorer. Wheels got Ceramic Boost and tires got Adam’s Tire Shine. Under the hood I used the remaining rinseless solution in a sprayer and wiped everything down. Mrs. Captain Slow is very pleased to say the least. 😁

We may have differing opinions here a bit. And I don’t think either of us is “right or wrong,” but for the sake of business discussion, let’s expand.

The best thing a detailer can offer is quality service that meets the needs and expectations of their clients. That’s not derived through any single product or process. It comes from listening to a client and setting realistic expectations, then exceeding them. Think...underpromise and over deliver.

As far as air fresheners go, the approach that makes sure everyone’s needs are met is to offer it as a complimentary treatment that they can select when they pick up their vehicle. It gives them the discretion to say yes or no, and doesn’t feel like they’re missing out if they say no. Also having a few different scents can help them to have the “power of choice.” To add air fresheners at the time of pickup adds less than one minute to the service and they’re happy. If they’re smell sensitive, they’re still happy.

If you have regular clients that you know like air fresheners and particular scents, note it and do it automatically. Then when they pick up you can say “I know you usually like ________ scent, we’ve gone ahead and already applied that for you.” It creates a sense of personal attention and that you remember them as a client (and not a customer).

Anyway, it’s something to think about. You all know your customer/client base and what has been working for you. Just trying to provide another view.

Practicing social distancing with my Riviera. Original paint that needs redone. Decided until I can afford to repaint it, I would make it look as best as possible. Day 1 Buffed out with 1000 grit, day 2 buffed out with 3800 grit , day 3 waxed.... Results = shiny patina
