I used an app called paper camera. The filter is neon cola. It has other supa cool filters that change regular pics or take pics within the app. Videos too.

Hi all,
I don't recall exactly how I came across Adam's products, but I think it was a YouTube video about a guy doing a no-touch wash on his black Mercedes in full sun with no spots. He was using the Foam Canon and Car Shampoo, along with a Metro drier (albeit the small handheld one). I already had a Metro Air Force Blaster that I use on my motorcycle, but I was intrigued by the shampoo and Foam Canon, so I went online to the Adams website and placed my first order for almost $200 worth of stuff.
I was officially bitten by the Adam's bug.
I then followed that order up with another several orders, and then some more. All in all, I've spent almost $2k with Adam's in the past few months (a big part of that was their Landa commercial electric pressure washer to replace my gas powered one -- I wanted the same volume/pressure without annoying my neighbors with the gas engine noise each Saturday morning).
I can't give enough props to Adam's customer service -- there have been a (very) few hiccups with orders, but they've always gone far above and beyond in making things right (and then some)...
Anyway, Adam's has another customer for life!

Two workspaces. One where we do polishing and prep. One for protection and inspection. The work bay is slightly different in arrangement now, just shelves moved and such.
And the light bay! Over 90,000 lumens of light in here. It’s new and still a work in progress.

Have a busy month ahead so today I prepped her Civic. Tomorrow I will be doing Trans-Am for storage again due to a busy month ahead I won’t be driving it so will store it early (pics of that to come)
Today I :
-Strip wash to remove all other CG sealants and waxes
-Clayed
-Paint Sealant
-H20 Guard and gloss
Most impressed with depth of paint, ease of use, smell (so good). Very happy to have made the switch.

The leather cleaner brush should be fine I would think. Maybe just don't apply full pressure

ObsessedDetailer reacted to eurovw89 in New to Adam's Products and what steps to take?
Hello all,
I wanted to try out their products so started out with (Shampoo, tire/rubber cleaner, wheel cleaner, VRT) to see the results and I am loving it. Now I want to move on to their more of their products (clay, G&G, paint sealer, etc...) I have a 2017 f150 as a daily driver. I'm not going to car/trucks, but I want to keep my finish in tip-top shape.
I read that paint sealant and H2O G&G are basically one in the same, and that the detail spray isn't good for protection, just a "quick detail". Should I throw the "one step polish" be in the mix? I would like to know what would be good products and what steps to take for the best protection. Yes I did use the search (LOL), and there is ALOT of information, but can't really find exactly what I am looking for.
What would be a good process:
Every 6 months (steps & products)
Every car wash (weekly steps & products)

My 1st and 3rd order this week came in missing content. I contacted customer service for the 1st order and spoke to Emery and he's going get my missing item (2 pack of orange MF towel) from the first order to me.
Then I received a call that the draw strings bags were no longer available, not a problem and I opted for store credit which was going to be emailed to me which I have not seen, granted it's only been 30 hrs since we spoke.
When I open my third order I recieved today I was missing a gallon of APC and so I sent an email to customer service. This week shipping and receiving is running @ 33% . 1 out of 3 orders had the complete content. I have another order on the way next week and I'll see what happens then.

Not necessarily for trading obviously but got the decal sticker and I put it on my detailing cart and it looks so good! Though that everyone should be able to see the coolness of this sticker! The little details are what count!

Yesterday, after 2weeks of negotiations, and absolutely no rush, I signed my life away again.
Traded my Black 2016 Tahoe for......
A brand new (15miles) 2019 Summit White Chevy Tahoe RST
6.2L 440hp 460 ft lb torque
3.23 rear ratio
Magnetic ride control
10 speed auto, w/ a manual mode
170amp Alternator
22” RST Wheels
RST Black trim package (no chrome!)
Jet Black interior
Fully loaded(the only option, well there’s 2 it doesn’t have, automatic side steps, and Brembo brakes)
Anyway, I asked that they not touch the paint and they were very understanding
I rinsed
foamed
strip washed
iron removed
(it needs clayed in some spots, but I skipped this, because I dont have time to polish at the moment, and there are no swirls present)
Guard and Glossed
wheels..
WC
TRC
hit face and barrels
blow dried
topped with tire shine
and CB 2.0
also hit all black trim, and front bumper and grill (future bug splatter concerns) with CB 2.0
quick Interior Detailer up front, rest tomorrow
Clayed mitt/ glass sealant and boost windshield
side and rear glass tomorrow when my daughter is napping
Part of the deal, sorta, was that, my Black Tahoe would show up fully detailed, fluids topped off, good tires brakes and all, of course, this was all true and only 24k miles kn the thing ?
First pic, just after I got it home after work this morning, hard to tell, but it was filthy! Dealership sits just off a major highway outside of DC
The after shots...

ObsessedDetailer got a reaction from y56dc2 in Tire Shine Question
Good Question! I have not had that problem. As long as you clean the tires with the tire and rubber cleaner, then agitate it, then rinse it off and let it dry. After that apply tire shine. I washed my car probably about 3 weeks ago maybe 4 this weekend. My tires are not shiny but still have a bit of shine left on it. Tires are very much still black. And I have driven it ever day. It really is good stuff. So no the answer is no to will it eventually turn your tires orange ?

ObsessedDetailer got a reaction from y56dc2 in Tire Shine Question
I will not ever use armorall on any cars of mine. It is a very bad product. It will dry rot your ties and same with your interior. Definitely don't use it in the interior. Your dash will crack and dry rot as well.

ObsessedDetailer reacted to y56dc2 in Tire Shine Question
theres a detailing shop here in my town that amorall's the whole car, door panels, dash, steering wheel, and when we get the cars that are from them i hate even touching them haha its a pain
-
ObsessedDetailer reacted to y56dc2 in Tire Shine Question
the tires ive seen that end up orange are people that left the amorall on the tires and not washed it off for long periods of time more than one month, im considering trying it on a spare tire just to see if it does a few months without being rinsed off and just left on there or even reapplied on top without being rinsed off

ObsessedDetailer reacted to y56dc2 in Tire Shine Question
Hey guys, i just got a bunch of adams products, coming from megs and other companies, and i was wondering if tire shine would eventually turn your tires
orange like Amorall does, if left on for along time, not washed or even using it over and over again, seen so many customers complain about other detailers making their tires end up orange and it looks horrible, and i started wondering if adams or CG, tire stuff would do the same not sure the chemical differences,
Thanks!
