I didn’t find the graphene coating too difficult to work with. Not the new advanced coating, I haven’t tried that as I ordered a car for my wife in March and ordered the coating from Adam’s before the advanced came out.

I finally got the car and coated it the second week of August. It was upper 80s - lower 90s when it did it and in the Cleveland area in August, humidity was in the 80% range. (Yes, the conditions were just as miserable as it seems.)

I have daylight LED lights in my garage, so maybe that helped me see what to do better with the application. I used the suede towels to remove. I had only one high spot which I haven’t bothered to fix as it is on the B pillar and covered when the doors are closed.

I previously used the first Adam’s coating and the sprays (pre graphene) and the sprays are easier to use.

Rubbing alcohol and duct tape works wonders on gum.

you can’t fully lift the wipers. On the service menu, toggle the wipers to service mode. That will bring them about half-way up the window. With them in that position you can get the lower part, take service mode off and finish the windshield. 
 

In case you haven’t used wiper service mode yet, you must turn the wipers off on the stalk first.

PS so don’t try to pull the wipers to pivot away from the windshield, they don’t move more than an inch or so from the windshield.

I used Adam’s Glass Coating on my car and it didn’t affect my adaptive cruise or auto high beams at all. That said, Adaptive Cruise Control is radar based, so optical distortion doesn’t really come into play. The radar sensors can be blocked, but they aren’t in the windshield. The Auto High Beams are based on a camera, but like Shane said, it the area in front of the camera is clear, there isn’t a problem with the coating.

I had to use Brilliant Glaze on both my cars because the windshields had more streaking than a 1970s college campus! (Or maybe it was 60s, I wasn’t in college until the 80s and we clearly didn’t have enough streaking then😀)

Very intriguing. I see there is a “full car kit” available. But, can you create a kit for those of us that have Teslas? The entire roof is glass!
