I'm late on this, but this is BS. For a company that prides itself on customer service, this answer is unacceptable. If it's an issue with the order system, spend less time with new stickers and more time finding a better system. On a picking cart is much different than wrapped on a pallet in the bottom layer.

I thought it was next to impossible to burn through with a DA. On such a new car on a spot that isn't on a body line/etc. I would believe this is something else. At any point that you would be pushing the polisher down with enough pressure, they would have stopped spinning/cutting.

I like that Adams has that small company feel, and it's a reason I don't mind supporting them. Are they perfect, no, but no company is. I like this video because on other forums whenever Adams is mentioned people always say it's just rebottled CG.

I believe I've heard MB black to be fairly hard. Might have been just fine to use the heavy on its own.

Even with the master blaster I try to go back over with a detail spray wipe. Just cleans up anything the master blaster missed.

There are lots of great products out there. I came to Adam's for the quality products and guarantee, and stay because I believe in the company ethos.

While as of late I've sort of started collecting waxes, to be honest you would probably have a hard time telling the difference between Americana or patriot against any of the other boutique waxes. Find one you like, that smells to your fancy, and rub it on.

You certainly can, but on a test section of only 2x2 I don't feel it necessary as you've haven't begun any significant breakdown of the polish in the initial strokes. Additionally, fast/jerky/rushed initial movements before the pad has been more completely saturated with polish can introduce marring.

Hi guys...I don't post much, but lurk quite a bit.  I am curious if Adams has considered a high end sealant similar to a product with the initials OC and OG.  They claim years of protection if taken care of.  Has Adam's considered a product like this?  I think it would be awesome for those times we spend 20+ hours doing a correction, knowing we had a sealant that was "apply and forget" for a year or so.  Especially for vehicles that are drivers.
 
Love every Adam's product I've used...I am about to switch to Adam's polishes, as I'm tired of struggling to get one-oh-five off the paint!

Plenty of people get just as good of results with a PC, it may just take a little bit more time. Myself, as much as I know a cyclo/flex/rupes are better than a PC, I just couldn't recommend a $350+ polisher to somebody that wasn't sure this was their "thing".
 
I say get a PC, if you enjoy polishing upgrade to a better unit. You can still get plenty of uses out of the PC whether it be 4" pad duty or sealant/wax application.

Interesting to hear about the higher fail rate on the rupes. I thought you had previously said the fail rate on the flex was much too high, which was one reason Adams stopped carrying it. I was thinking about picking up a rupes duetto during Black Friday sales, maybe I'll have to look into that a bit more.

Dylan is a very knowledgable and seemingly stand-up guy, and was a natural in all the adam's videos. But I didn't stop using or buying Adams because he wasn't around. I'm sure he'll do great wherever he ends up!

Liquid paint sealant I apply by machine. Any area I can't reach with the 4" pads, I go over by hand with quick sealant.
