I'm trying to wrap my head around Corvettes and February in Washington!

But I wish you all the luck.  Have a great time!

I know right?!  Most get trailered that are being sold, and others stay home.  Especially this weekend as we are due to get in more snow.  By the way Rich, am sending you a message...have something for you that just came in with my order, and I know you want it ;)

  2. Thank you Adam!  I agree, most of us come here to find out about new products, build on our experience, help others, and also develop new friendships.  I can tell from when met you and Bianca last year at Park Place auto that you truly love and have a passion for detailing along with your brand.  You truly do care.  At the clinic you did not rely on anyone else to demo the products, it was you.  Additionally, I was right there when you were calling to reschedule your flight because you felt the need to stay later because the clinic went longer. You sacrificed countless hours away from your family that night and as well many others during your decade of building the company.  Thank you for all you do and thank you for making this statement about this site being for the positive!

  3. Hi all!  Will be heading to the 45th Corvette High Performance (swap) Meet in Puyallup, WA. ( http://www.corvettehp.com/chp-meet ) Will be located in the ShowPlex in space 4209/4309 (see attached map and green circled area High performance meet map 2019.pdf ) on February 8th and setting up my 10x20 Adams Polishes booth.  For the setup day (Friday Feb 8th) the only way to get in is if you have a vendor pass,  so if any of you want to help set up & get in early... PM me ;)

Otherwise, if you are in the area, stop in and say hello.

Any Adams Polishes & Novistretch Purchases from my booth that weekend over $100 and you will receive reimbursement for 1 general admission entry fee!  Will post photos Friday after everything is set up.

This is a very large event and they get over 5000 car enthusiasts shopping, so wish me luck!!

You Madame are bad ***! By any chance do you have a sister😳🤪

Sorry I only have three brothers...no sisters.  I was always told if going to play with the boys I better not come home crying...so I tried to be just as good at everything they did too.  Which as it turns out I am WAY better at detailing & racing cars then them 😁.    Funny story though...they came home one day when was in my teens & told my parents I couldn't play tackle football (just neighborhood games...not leagues) with them anymore as the guys on the other teams were letting me tackle them & my brothers were tired of having "talks" with those guys.  It was kind of hard dating in school as all the guys knew about my brothers because of those talks & my brothers always met with the guy before a date to tell them that if I cried they would cry. My Dad never had to say anything.  Needless to say I dated & married a guy from a neighboring school...lol

Can I ask what tool you used with your Dremel?

For the dremel used the polishing tool that looks like a cone for any scratched parts on the inside of the spokes & a wheel shaped pad to get between the bolt heads. For just polishing in between used a drill & the mothers cone (it is larger)...went in from the backside with it, I also have some Ryobi cloth polishing attachments that work. Mostly used my drill attachments otherwise my polishing pads on my 12mm SK would have been torn up.  Owner is not in a rush so am finishing up the larger tires Sunday morning. Will try to remember to take a picture of all the different attachments.

  6. Friend/Customer is selling his car & had a set of drag radials/rims that he left in his trailer...they were a little messed up...he is not in a hurry so am doing them in between other things...started out by rinseless washing, then polished.  He also said not to do the drums...but don't think I can stand to let them go out of the shop looking like that (will take pic of the drum tomorrow).  Plus need to get new polishing tool accessories for my dremel (was out) for in between the spokes as it takes too much time getting in those spaces by hand...which of course just had my nails done but had gloves that match 😜💅🧤   Tomorrow will work on the rears....

  7. Sticky buns for my Thursday treat day....Normally I get up early at 5 am Thursday & bake...why you ask? For some reason I started waking up early on Thursday about 18 months or so ago...and it now is habit or ritual...lol.  However, do not have the time tomorrow as have an early day so decided to make them tonight.

You're at it again, Lenore! Your cupcakes are always amazing to laook at. Still wondering about the taste 🤔🙄😁...

Well...soon as can schedule the time this year will definitely be going to Adams Polishes HQ for a visit. Will bring some with or find a place to spend doing some baking....   Although with how cold it has been could send unfrosted cupcakes, with some buttercream for the recipient to attempt to frost...lol

I ordered 3 shirts but regardless of what the description says, I'm seriously hoping they can take the extra few seconds and send me 3 different shirts and not 3 of the same... 🤞

While I was at it, I also ordered a bottle of the cars and coffee detail spray and a bottle of the mystery scent detail spray.

Which makes me want to ask, for those who know, what scent is the mystery detail spray for those who have ordered it already?

People say it is like a pineapple or pinacolada. I can't tell...it is sweet but nice.

  10. Sorry no pictures of the 80 salted caramel chocolate chip cookies (my own recipe) that I made to take with to the Seahawks game.  Was able to score field passes and am taking the cookies to thank the nice person who helped me acquire.  However today we attended the walk-through practice at the VMAC, was a wonderful fun time...even got a picture with a rookie player.  Hope the weather is nice tomorrow ;)

Nice looking crust on that roast, I have always had to finish in the oven to get a crust. One of the the things I don't like about alot of smoked Prime Ribs.

I made my own rub, brown sugar, cocoa powder, espresso powder, montreal steal seasoning, & costco organic all purpose seasoning (no salt).
