Microfiber Revitalizer & Brightener is a detergent designed specifically for removing waxes, polymers, polishes, and oils commonly associated with detailing.  While it is often used as a pre-treatment that is sprayed on stains or soiled areas, it is also used as the detergent when machine washing.  Just add 2-3 ounces to the deterent dispenser in the washer (not the bleach or fabric softener trays).
 
Regular laundry detergent is not strong enough to remove many of the detailing products from towels.

Those are almost definitely swirls induced by poor washing regimen. Sounds like you take care not to induce swirls, so may have been induced by the previous owner or the dealer.

Ok Adams, how about offering a "Mystery box" type subscription that I can just get once a month or every time it is offered automatically? There are tons of retailers that do this and it works out really well. Heck my dog gets one with treats and toys.
If someone needs an additional products to their monthly box, they could simply call and have it added. What do you think?

Depends on my time needs but for the edgeless towels, I usually try to wash them before first use unless I have a time crunch.
 
Just washed and folded the stack of grey towels I bought with the new years sale. I always wash the orange towels at least once before using them for anything. Other towels I don't worry about much. Like other have said, open the package and give them a few snaps and they are good to go.

The orange towels are known to be super "linty" so I'd suggest washing those ones before use. I usually use any of the others right out of the bag after a good snap.

Another thing I absolutely adore about Adam's products is the little red seal thing that comes in the gallons and other bottles as opposed to a tear off or peel off type of foil you get on bottles of other products.  I absolutely HATE those things.  Do not veer away from this Adam's...it truly is the little details that make you great.  Anyone else with me on this one?

Not because I don't like black vehicles, I think they look great when clean, but this truck had obviously taken through automatic car washes often. It was swirled up really bad, and for someone who is a little OCD about their vehicles it wouldn't be good to own it. We ended up buying it and I tried lots of auto store products to try and clean up the finish. Clay bars, waxes, etc always to my complete dissatisfaction. I began shopping for a brand new truck in a different color (silver, white,) but was looking to take at least a 10k hit on the deal.
A friend of mine has a black vehicle and it always looks flawless. He recommended Adams Polishes to me. One phone call to an extremely knowledgeable and helpful gentleman, and a box of products were on the way. A few days later a box arrived containing a polisher, pads, correcting polish, finishing polish, sealer, detailer, cloths, etc and I went to work. I watched Adams how-to videos, and went to work. Wash, clay bar, polish, and seal and after 6 hours, the paint looked AMAZING! There were some pretty deep scratches in the paint in places and about 95% are completely gone, with only the deepest ones still visible but just barely. I was completely blown away on how well each product worked. This truck is big, I took my time and really actually enjoyed the process seeing this truck go from something I wasn't really happy with and ready to sell, to a vehicle that looks better than new.
Now I make excuses to walk out to the garage and run the back of my hand across the glossy, smooth finish. I can't express how happy I am with Adams Products! Since the comeback of the Rams finish, I've bought a complete kit for my son to turn him loose on his black WRX. (He's going to love his Christmas present).
