Hi @MikeMan, and welcome to the forum! For removing lint fibers on glass, sometimes just one spray of Glass Cleaner with a clean microfiber Glass Towel can take care of the lint fibers; however, this can then contaminate that towel with the lint fibers, and then if you wash that towel with other microfibers, then they could lint afterward too. For this reason, I take a different approach.

I like to put 3 or 4 drops of Brilliant Glaze onto a Gray Microfiber Applicator Pad or a Blue & Red Patriot Applicator, and then spread it evenly over the glass in an up/down or left/right motion. Allow the Brilliant Glaze to haze up for 20-30 seconds, and then take a clean Edgeless Utility Towel to remove the residue and lint. The Edgeless Utility is a tight-weave, low pile microfiber material that will work well to remove the residue with minimal chance of adding any more lint to the glass surface. Then I wash all of my utility towels separate from my more plush microfibers for paint, so that I don't have to worry about any cross-contamination.

I have been eating rather well recently between the Chef daughter and a gourmet cook originally from Albanian, there is just no lack of quality and quantity.  While I am always in charge of bringing the wine, I try to take care of whatever I can.  Over the last week, we've had home made Beef Wellington, Albanian lasagna, homemade bread, multiple desserts, breakfast pastries and much more.   I also know that our Christmas dinner will have a 4 rib bone in roast for the main course and well I did not splurge for the Wagyu, it is a top of a the line roast.  In addition to paying for the roast, wine and multiple other items, I decided to take care of the cooks Equinox.

Here is a sample of the items that I received in traded:

This is what I did in turn for what is shown above.

I'm sure I am getting the better end of the deal, even though the SUV came out pretty good

Honestly, I'd be hesitant to use it on those wheels, as well. The bristles are stiffer than the original wheel brush, even when wet. I'd recommend it more for stock wheels than anything delicate.

Wife made prime rib last week, but our daughter sent us a bucket from a place called Topsail Steamer for Christmas, we added some more crab legs and mussels to it, and had a low country boil two nights  ago.  Definitely enjoyed that one!

I really expected multiple posts in this thread even though events had to be subdued this year.  My daughter and her husband work at the restaurant all day on the 4th so we held our get together on Sunday.  There was plenty of food with the potatoes, corn on the cob and few other minor items cooked on the grill and all the veggies picked up at the Farmers Market on Friday.  The 24 hour slow cooked molasses baked beans were a real hit and the fresh peach pie the son-in-law made that was pulled out the oven at 6:00 PM, was outstanding.

I didn't get pictures of everything, but here is the appetizer:

The deviled eggs were fantastic and they had a little kick to them.

    Here was the main course:

The Salmon filet was slow cooked on the grill and had a lemon pepper seasoning along with the fresh garlic cloves.

I recently started watching Sam the Cooking Guy on YouTube. This guy is very genuine and hilarious while at the same time helping to teach people how to cook. One of his favorite sayings is "Make America Cook Again" 😄

One dish we have really enjoyed is his Teriyaki Chicken on a stick.

Chicken thighs marinated in a homemade marinade and grilled.

I have really learned a lot from his videos and his simple yet effective approach. He does not censor himself very well and his son does a good job of editing, but sometimes they allow some language to fly! 🤪

Can't go wrong with Patriot.  But like you, I wasn't ready to go all ceramic, so I started out with the Ceramic Paste Wax on the Cadillac and the Vette . Very happy with the results, and easy to maintain with the Boost.  When I bought the Equinox, I decided to give the Graphene Ceramic Spray a try. Gave it the full breakdown, wash, clay, polish, wipe down, and Graphene.  Much easier and less time consuming than the regular Graphene and FANTASTIC results.  The Nox is black, so it's very unforgiving and it came out near perfect.  I maintain it with the Graphene Detail Spray, and one day when I was just goofing off, I wiped down the CPW coated Vette with the Graphene DS, and let me tell you................it looks like it's dipped in clear coat!  Amazing difference.
Anyhow, you don't have to go into the full hard core ceramic or graphene route.  The sprays and/or the ceramic paste wax give great results.

If not applying the Ceramic Coatings from the 50 or 60ml bottles, I find using the Ceramic Spray Coatings to be a much more efficient use of my time when doing customer cars verses waxing, using a sealant, or even using H2O Guard & Gloss. The ceramic sprays are so quick and easy to apply and remove, and have longevity far superior to waxes or sealants. It helps keep the cost down to the customer, and keeps the vehicle protected longer.

That being said some vehicles I'll talk customers into using a paste wax. These would be older cars with older or original paint jobs. As @falcaneer just mentioned above I too tend to like the look of a carnauba wax on these vehicles. Also on show cars where defects/marring may need more attention than on daily drivers.

    Waxed:
2009 Porsche 997 Americana Paste Wax
1969 Z28 Camaro Patriot Paste Wax

On my 2006 Pontiac GTO Garage Queen/Show Car I've Ceramic Coated the front clip that has PPF applied and have waxed the remainder of the car with Patriot Paste Wax.

Firs I just want to say I am a long time Adam's user.  I remember when his product line was Detail Spray, Swirl & Haze Remover, Buttery Wax Undercarriage Spray and a few different types of Micro Fiber towels.  I also was always a polish and wax type of detailer.  Old school I guess.  Well about a year ago I decide to try the Ceramic Spray coating because I knew I could remove it a lot easier then the full 3-5 year coating.  I will admit I was a little skeptical but went for it any way.  Now this was Adam's first Ceramic Spray coating that came in the kit of Surface Prep, Ceramic Coating and Boost.  It was shortly after that the UV version was released.    Well that application is almost a year old so I decide to strip it off and apply a new coat using the UV spray.  Well I believe they said it was the say as the original except for the UV feature.  If it I may have not done some thing correct the first time because this seem so much better.
First off the car spend a lot of time in the garage cover and especially now with COVID it seems to see even more down time.  So the car was clean under the cover, but I decided to clay bar the surface first, then I used the One Step polish and One step pad.  I did about half the car the first day stating with the hood.  Later that night I went out to the garage and noticed the the hood seemed clouded it wiped right off and had the shine that was there earlier.  The next day I went out hoping to finish and apply the ceramic coating, but the hood was all hazed up again.  It still wiped off, but I was concerned if I applied the ceramic would it haze up under the ceramic.  I decided to seek some help on the forum.  I waited a hour to see if I would get any advice, but finally decided to try the standard white polish and white pad.  That did the trick and the hazing issue was gone.  Turns out falcaineer replied and suggested the White pad and polish.
So after completing the full polish/paint correct I was ready to start the ceramic coating process.  I wiped the car down completely with the Surface Prep,  Then I started with the hood applying the UV Ceramic Spray Coating half the hood waiting the 1-2 minutes before removing.  Followed this procedure for the entire car.  This was Wednesday so I knew I need to let it cure before adding the boost, so I let actually sit until today tp apply the boost.  I finished it around 11 am today and then backed it out to get a few pictures.  So here is the finished product:  Yes I guess I am a little anal as I also did the door jambs.
