  1. I think I saw a post stating Adams was indeed looking at carrying the NANO. Seeing them post a video makes me think the time is near.
  2. Oddly enough the last time I had trouble with sap I used hand sanatizer and it worked like magic. Just don't do that on a hot surface and reapply LSP.
  3. Not sure there is anything for wipe down that would handle that. I typically use APC diluted under hood. You pretty much need something with a little more ability to cut dirt and grease like you mentioned. Your detail sprays and WW would be maintenance after the major clean up. I like to use APC 2:1 water to solution sprayed on some utility towels and the trim and lug nut brush. Obviously on a cool motor. Try waterless, but I doubt it will deal well with oil residue. APC won't care. And diluted and used on a cool surface I believe it's safe on aluminum. Just need to be careful there. Orrrrrrrr You could mix some Adams Soap or Rinseless or Waterless along with some water and APC to come up with your own concoction to handle this cleaning. I do that for wheels and it works well. I only put a little bit of APC in mine. My formula has a lot more water soap and Rinseless in it than APC.
  4. My label looks like that one verbiage wise but the color is deeper blue and the scent is definitely different
  5. Curious would we do okay diluting this for tires that aren't destroyed?
  6. This is weird, the label on mine says does not add shine. Any chance I got the old bottle label with the new formula? Also, curious if the new Waterless has any "anti-static" properties? I was told the old formula did have that, which was apparently an unintended bonus?
  7. The new stuff smells amazing! Haven't used it yet, but it might smell better than anything around. Incredible!
  8. Your best bet would probably be Atlanta. Since Adams doesn't currently offer a coating, this thread may not gain much momentum. Be mindful the forum is really here for discussions about Adams products.
  9. Welcome to the Forums my fellow Georgian
  10. My driveway sounds a lot like yours. I have got to get a bigger garage!
  11. Thanks for the info Dylan. I wish I had seen this earlier! I actually just got mine today. Haven't cracked open the box yet though. Wonder if I should exchange it. I think I see what you are saying. If I am correct in my assumption, it is due in large part to the distance between your hand and where the head of the polisher is. The longer the distance the less touch/control you have. Is there any benefit to placing a guide hand at or near the head of the nano? Obviously adding no diownward pressure there.
  12. I am sure you could use the BG applicator for LC. It has no cut. Probably just want to use a Sharpee to mark it with "I" for interior or whatever makes sense to you.
  13. Emir if you did have both I bet you would stop using the Flex unless the car was really hammered. At least that's how I am. I only reach for the Flex when I know a car needs a lot of help.
  14. Welcome back fella. H2O makes the car look so good! Prob my favorite product other than DS.
  15. The 21 does have near 50 percent more throw, but as you mentioned you aren't doing a lot of detailing so I doubt it would be of too much benefit to pay more for iit where time isn't money. I have the legacy (mark 1) Rupes 15. Haven't had a problem with pads but you're right the new version seems to have a lot more power. I think I saw where they are recommending to run on speed 4 to keep from over stressing the pads. These machines are SERIOUS!!!!!
  16. Emir, The main benefit you would see is the smoothness of the Rupes. As far as speed of correction, I think they are both on fairly common ground. The slight edge might go to the Flex. I have both and I like both. I like using the Rupes when I am not working on a car that is in bad shape. It barely has any vibration and will not walk you across a panel like the Flex will! The only other thing the Rupes might have a slight edge in is finishing but I am just basing that on things I've read not not an actual comparison of my results. All that said, I don't think there's anything major for you to gain here unless you have trouble with the Flex or do not like the difficulty of control. It would be hard for me to pick one though if I could only have one. They are both great polishers. Flex is sort of like Dirty Harry, he will knock it out quick, but the process can be violent. Where the Rupes is like James Bond. A little smoother and more refined, but able to take on just about anything just the same. Just on a side note- You said you would have to get new pads for the Cyclo, but you still would for the Rupes if you are using 7 inch pads with your 3401 VRG.
  17. Nice rdes! Put up some pics after you dial the Merc in
  18. I like to think the customer is always right. But when you start using an informational Forum to start multiple negative topics about a company with no logical thought, or proper grammar, or sentence structure behind your argument......
  19. The Instagram post states it is revamped from the ground up.
