Cant comment on the nail polish one...but I know @shane@detailedreflections will have an answer or from his main man Marquis. 
 
For the front I would think that just going after it gently with some of the Leather and Interior Cleaner and then some Leather Conditioner. You may need to apply the conditioner several times if it is either streaky or not bringing it back as evenly. Those seats are probably begging for some attention, remember leather is just skin in the long run and needs to be treated accordingly.

Always sucks to lose a close friend like that, lost them before and it never gets easier. Just remember the good times not the last days. 

@falcaineer Not planning on the old block, it was fairly brittle actually. I was surprised how easy it was to break when the old building came down. As for the wood, there wasnt much in it really and for the most part it was towards the end of its life. I do have some granite slabs that were used around it that I am looking into making the entry way to the new barn out of. 

I spent the morning outside with a couple of guys doing a resurvey of the land to ensure that we can dig the foundation for my soon to be garage in the proper location. Its amazing to see the footprint of it finally taking shape, and really get to see where everything is going to be in relation to the rest of the yard.

Agreed with both Shane and Jim, not unusual at all. And black shows EVERYTHING anyway, so you'll need to come to grips with that even after you polish, etc. Comes with the territory. But also an excuse to make more purchases!

I used tire and rubber cleaner and once dry used interior detailer, worked great.  It’s what I had on hand.

I was thinking that but with no power or water out there currently, and adding water means I need to connect it to my septic system....no wash bay yet.

I was actually talking with the builder today.....possibly footings being poured Friday, Trusses scheduled for delivery around November 13th....Man its gonna be AWESOME!

So I have been sitting on this info for about 8 months at this point because I didnt want to jinx the whole process but all the major hurdles have been finally cleared and things can get going. 
 
I am sadly going to be tearing down my current garage...its a sad day I know, and having to lose the building is not something I wanted to do. Sadly thou several engineers agreed that it was not financially wise to attempt to save it. It was just too far gone. So very soon it will be time to say good bye to the current garage, and say hello to what the attached plans show is my new garage and workshop area. 
 
We are looking at overall about 3-4 months total time and yes I will take photos all along the way. Some design points and things to note:
Building is going to be 70*40 overall with 13ft interior ceiling height and clearspanned aside from the 1 shear wall that you see separating the "barn" from the wood shop. 
Flooring was designed to handle car lifts anywhere I want to put them, so yes its overbuilt for normal, but not knowing exactly where I wanted things yet this made the most sense. 
Currently being built as cold storage with power to be added later,
water is in debate due to potentially needing to dig another well, and the work to connect to the current septic system. 
 
Had to finally share the exciting news now that I have the engineered stamped plans, closed on financing, AND signed the building permit application.

Id have to agree for the every day use products. Detail Spray is an awesome scent. 
 
Thou the 2016 Limited Detail spray scent has got to by my favorite thou I wouldnt want to have to use it year round.

Wow......Worst part is someone will think its something special. I really liked that scent too! One of my favs of the limited run.
