  1. Thank you Dan for taking the pictures and sharing them. Hopefully next year all of us can attend some shows.
  2. Welcome to the Forum Sven.
  3. I didn't go 4 years, but did use one for 3 days. The weather was nice so we opened the windows during the day and put the odor bomb in during the night and closed the windows. The vehicle was bad smelling, but the smell dissipated and there was no residual chemical smell afterwards.
  4. Yes, It does appear that Winter is on the way to Columbia, SC:
  5. I thought you and Mary had some things in common, but it only took her one load when she did it. I'm sure I'll get slapped when she see's this note later.
  6. I split a pickup a while back. I was able to do the entire cab one weekend and then two weekends later the box and a few additional items on the lower front end. It did look a bit goofy for a couple of weeks, but the end result was excellent.
  7. Some of the vinyl can be cleaned up and made to look good with Revive Hand Polish, but it may make it shiny. Some of the marks from the pictures make it look like it has become sun bleached and I don't a know a fix for that, I'm sure some other will chime in with other options.
  8. Welcome to the Forum Steven. The IROC turn out nice and the Buick, that thing is sweet.
  9. Funny you mentioned giving away some product, I gave my brother-in-law a bag full of products for his Harley Trike to get it winterized. Then I refilled all my bottles from the gallon's to get ready for what I hope full be the busy season, because it sure has been a slow summer for detailing.
  10. @shmedley I drove a 1982 Dodge Charger 2.2 from Elizabeth City, NC to Kodiak, AK and back to Upstate, NY. It was a great little car for the time, but wasn't made for the Alcan. The second trip to Alaska was in a Ford Bronco II, Eddie Bauer edition.
  11. @galaxyIt is so nice to see another Mustang that has the appropriate color. Based on the back tires, I'm presuming you get to do a lot of touch ups on the rear quarter panels.
  12. I have found that a pair of tin snips works wonders on cutting pads. The backing on some of the pads is a lot thicker and harder that you may realize. I have cut up several into strips that I can use by hand to get under door handles and such where a polisher just doesn't fit.
