Once this thing is done I think there should be an Adams Daily Special of your choice to celebrate!

Throw some Adams on it and call it a day! Adams can make primer shine.

No issues that I can think of - there is a warning sticker under the hood warning of a hard clear coat and to use only approved refinishing materials...it wasn't and I didn't.

Just got this thing... 2013 Dodge Charger R/T Daytona 863/3000. The color is what sold me. Did a mini Adam's "detail".

ksell87 reacted to -CM- in Adams on Amazon Prime
I would certainly order more onesie-twosie items if they were Prime eligible, rather than waiting until I needed several things.
An article I read today indicated that, "A Morningstar report from last year said that Prime members spend "approximately twice as much" as their non-Prime counterparts each year, shop more frequently and buy pricier items."

One of the main reasons I'll always use Adam's is because of this forum.

This. I noticed Adam did this on the release videos of the new 2 step system. It was an "ah-ha" moment for me. The last time I polished, I worked the polish over the majority of the panel and when it was thin enough, I would hit the gaps. This did not leave any polish in the gaps. I am now only taping the emblems and plastic trim as well.

Thumpr - I still apply BG in the sunlight as I find it easier to see the spots I might've missed (usually due to having too thick of a layer). I haven't noticed any difference in multiple layers so I only use one. And since I'm still on a pretty tight budget, buttery is my go to wax and I love it.

Love looking at that goat. It's essentially my achievable dream car. Got the right color too

I tried this and other recommendations to my question. It worked great with great results from my weekend detailing. The black Volvo looks fantastic, now tape lines or white residue in the gaps. Thanks to everyone.

When the renderings were first leaked I hated the way they looked, but after seeing them in person they are starting to grow on me. I still think the front looks a little goofy and slightly Viperish, and I'm kinda bummed that some of the styling cues have departed from generations past (tail lights are no longer round, rear window is no longer full wraparound), but it is a hell of a car.

ksell87 got a reaction from THE Mook in Need some help
The rain itself carries contaminants from the air and drops them on your paint. You might be able to get away with waterless wash but I would suggest a full two bucket wash so that you don't ruin what you gained with your 8 hour detail. Just my two cents.
