Thanks a mil Adam. That’s exactly how I remember things back when I was hitting the detailing hard. I appreciate you making things right, it’s the reason I’ve always been a loyal customer.

That sounds crazy Tony!  Not how we roll, typically....but...it sounds like we gave you some poor customer service.  I apologize, and we typically offer a higher level of customer care.  I've sent you an email.  We can certainly make this right.  Looks like your Flex backing plate disintegrated.  In fact, we haven't carried that tool in years, and we don't carry backing plates.  As for the leaky gallon of TID, and broken cap on the Ceramic Boost, certainly, we can make that right.  However, the gallon is likely expired, judging by the label.  I believe it's a 2012-2013 blend date?   If it works for you, order this Flex backing plate from Amazon, and we will get you a $100 store credit to shop as you wish!

Sending you an email now....thanks Tony,

I dont see how you can even compare a backpack blower to a MB. Sure, a backpack blower blows...but there are so many advantages to the MB. I use it to dry the dog after a bath. I use it to dry the boat after I wash it. I use it to blow out the drain line on my a/c in the house. I use it to dry the engine, rims, tires after a wash and before dressing. You can get in all the nooks and crannys with it, bend the hose around, and unless you're 7ft tall or standing on a ladder I don't know how you would dry the roof of a truck with a backpack blower. It's one of those things you will either spend the rest of your detailing life wondering if it's worth it, or you will buy it and wonder how you've gone so long without it. Buy it on a sale and you will not be sorry. Have you seen any negative comments yet, except the price? We all know you get what you pay for. I love my MB and I used to use other drying options that weren't really that great for the paint (water blade, leaf blower, driving around the block and probably picking up debris that I would then rub into the paint as I hand dried). Buy it, you won't be sorry.

Also, try to use the top of your hand, with the towel on top of that, to wipe the windshield inside. As opposed to the normal practice of using the towel in your palm. Works great for me.

I've been putting off doing a full correction on my F250 for almost a year now. Well today was the day, I got half of the truck done. Did one side, as well as the tailgate. Here was the process:
    -strip wash
    -clay bar with detail spray
    -SVRT all trim
    -Paint correcting polish/microfiber pad (FLEX,Focus)
    -Paint finishing polish/microfiber pad
    -Liquid Paint Sealant
    -Brilliant Glaze
    -Americana Premium Wax
-Paint Correcting Polish,Paint Finishing Polish,Brilliant Glaze on windows
-Deep Wheel Cleaner on rims with Adams Fender Brush and Wheel Woolie
-Soft Scrub on tires with Adams Wheel Brush
    -SVRT Spray on wheel edges
    -SVRT on wheel faces
    -Invisible Undercarriage Spray
    -Detail spray on rims
    -SVRT exhaust tip
-Metal polish 1&2 on running board metal surfaces
-Revive hand polish in door handle jambs

Gonna do the other side tomorrow and get it all finished up.

No but the guys at the city garage that repair our cars pretty much give me the white glove treatment every time I go in because they know I take good care of my mobile office.

It will eventually be offered in gallons, but no definite timetable right now.

Just like with DWC we want to see what the demand is like before we go to production, but based on how well received it's been it's not a question of IF just WHEN we begin to offer it.

I would suggest some hearing protection when using the MB. It can get pretty loud when you blow all that air into cracks and crevices.

tony97gt got a reaction from BrianT in Used Rinseless Wash today
So I washed my wife's car yesterday before we went out to a party last night. Low and behold, as we are at the party, it starts to rain. Strangely enough, I didn't find myself as aggravated as usual (not only because I've become used to the fact that if I want it to rain, I need to wash one of my 3 vehicles) because I was happy that I now had a valid excuse and opportunity to use the rinseless wash that has been sitting on my cart.

I did the two bucket method with the double soft towel, like Dylan did. I also used a SS to dry, as the GWDT felt too dry and rough for the small amount of water that was left on the surface. After all was said and done, I was very pleased with the results. I will say though, that it almost seems like it takes the same amount of time for me to complete a rinseless wash as it does a regular wash. I guess the advantage would be that I'm not using so much water, soap, electricity to run the MasterBlaster, or having to drag out as much stuff into the driveway.

After I was done with the RW I went over the entire car with DS and hit the tires with another coat of SVRT to make them pop. Everything looked great! Of course it rained again tonight.

I swear the Adam's team has bought stock in mother nature!!

Got some new TIS 20x9 rims and Nitto Trail Grappler MT 35x12.5x20 tires on the truck. Did a quick half a$$ wash in it before the rain moved in. Thought I'd share some pics. Level kit going in next week. what a PITA to SVRT these tires!!
