@N3VRL8 - I have a Jeep Wrangler that has a lot of time with the top off and mud etc.  In order to make my maintenance easier I coated the interior and exterior of this Jeep with ceramic coating.  Some areas where this type of matte black plastics that your picture seems to indicate.  Anyway after spending a lot of time prepping I was able to apply the graphene coating.  Now just a light spray of in&out will give it some shine.  But mostly after a good cleaning and some drying, I hit it with some Interior Detailer and it comes back to life nicely and is shiny enough for the trail and winter car.   

I will also second @falcaineer ‘ s statement about the all-purpose exterior dressing.  I have used that on some faded Jeep trim from the other and it was a lot glossier and lasted a while.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again and again.  I don't get why you guys don't do the Ocean City Maryland Cruise Ins in May and October.  In May, it's over 3600 REGISTERED cars, all pre 76, plus thousands and thousands of spectators and enthusiasts. It's held at the inlet AND at the Convention Center on 40th St. There are rows of vendors at both places plus inside the CC.  The October show is a bit smaller, but still thousands of people there.  Megs is there year after year along with a couple of others selling their stuff.  It's a missed opportunity every year that passes.

Took 17 years working on my career, no degree and a failed marriage to get to where I am now. I've been fortunate to have great parents, opportunities and the guts to act.
 
I didn't grow up with these cars / big money, so I'm fully aware of how fortunate I am and I've been 'stopping to smell the roses' more often now.

Awesome, hope you can make it! We have other people coming from out of state if you need hotel arrangements look back at my comment on page 3.  

Yay an east coast event.  I would love to make the trip from Northern VA (DC Metro) and enjoy the activities/education.  Weather permitting I may bring the bikes on the back of the Raptor.

When I hit the dunes, I can "barely" keep the wheels pointed down! 
 
Only barely about it is barely finding the time to get out there.  Too busy with work and family, and detailing, of course! 
 
Also, I hate the mall.  Don't even like trying to park there to go to an attached restaurant, let alone actually go inside the mall!

Interesting, my wife tells me the same thing.

Products used. Adams Car shampoo, Adams 2 Buckets w/ Grit Guards, Adams Deep Wheel Cleaner, H20 Gloss & Guard (I LOVE THIS STUFF!), and of course a little banana pudding on the tires (Adams Tire Shine)! Done in 1 hour!
 

If you don't get up to wash your car before the sun comes up you just don't care enough.

Friends, the Brilliant Glaze is a great product, and is easy to use.  Until, you use it with a pump, which is terrible!   Metal Polishes with the pump are awful as well.

Sorry, we thought we were making it easy, and they work decently in the cold, when we tested.  Truly crappy when it's warm.

You know you're addicted when you see a gallon container that's half empty and say "dang, I'm almost out...better order another gallon."

My dream state to live in.  Connecticut (and NJ, and NY too) are basically a step down from California.  CT is a sad, sad, state for the 2nd Amendment, worse than Jersey, which I didn't know was possible.
 
Jersey has a similar "seat belt for pets" law on the books now too, unfortunately my dog likes his backseat hammock and he likes to sleep most of the time in the car, my windows are always tinted on all my vehicles mainly for privacy and in a situation like this its great for us, thankfully I don't have to worry about getting pulled over as our dog does not always like when strangers approach him (he gets very fearful).
