    I can't believe the Japanese air fresheners labeled as "Squash" scent isn't listed here. That's my #1 choice, and I'm sure it would be others as well if they have smelled it before. Second on my list would be the "New Car" smell though.

    To be honest I haven't made an order since Dylan left. He was the reason I started using Adam's and without him the company didn't feel the same. Dylan was more than an employee to many of us. He was the guy that talked to you like a friend when you ran into him at a show or clinic. I first met Dylan at CamaroFest and he answered every question that I could think of and some. I also met Mook and he was great as well. They sold me on Adam's because of their passion to detail and the ability to pass along their knowledge to everyone.
     
    Adam's hasn't been the same since their departure. Now if we can get Mook back in the fold things can only get better with Adam's 2.0. Glad to see you back my friend. Big things are on the horizon for Adam's.

    I'm 68 years old, and I can honestly say that in my entire lifetime, I've never experienced the kind of customer service that Adam's has.  That's a BIG reason why I stand with them and their products. American made, quality products,and top notch customer service. Adam and his company have my stamp of approval (not that it's worth much!).

    Im fine waiting a little longer for good steak. Im not fine with it showing up to the table without the sides I ordered and cold because I ordered it weeks ago.

    I agree with above. Seems like a lot of effort is spent explaining why the work isn't getting done. The receipt tells you to email if a tracking number isn't received within 48 hrs. The customer does that to only be ridiculed by the owner. Maybe the intention wasn't that way but written words come across the way they are. Sale times are hectic but maybe there should be a better plan in place. Either way most customers aren't concerned or sympathetic with the business, they pay for a service or product they expect it promptly. How many folks accept a long line at the grocery or fast food restaurant only to be told they have to wait cause there is a trainee working the register, or they store doesn't want to open a new checkout line because they would have to pay someone to run it. Anyone that says they understand and don't get upset is lying. I too will be calling and if I don't get a tracking number for my order placed the fourth I will be canceling as well

    Thanks for your reply. I ordered from other sites that had July 4 sales and have received conformation and tracking #`s. I will be calling customer service this morning and if my order has not been shipped I will cancel. Again thanks for your reply, first time I got an email from a owner who told me to chill.
     
    Also never did get an answer on why my box that contained my patriot wax was not #. This was back in May an old order.

    Beemer was referring to the fact that a clean natural look product is/was already available.  Why ask the question if you can dilute the shine of "Tire Shine" when SVRT is already available that suits your wants/needs.  "Certain" questions illicit "certain" responses.

    From what I know and have seen, its more marketing hype than anything else. Paint is paint whether its black or white and will yield the same results when polished correctly IMO.

    Adam, you and your company have my full support and respect as a person and a consumer.
     
    I think a lot of people under-estimate the costs involved with running a company, and especially a small company. People need to realize that you do not have the purchasing power of companies like Mothers and Meguiars, who order 200,000 pads at a time for worldwide sales.
     
    There are very few companies out there who would be willing to divulge their costs to their consumers. That alone earns a great deal of respect from all of us I am sure.
     
    At the end of day, Adams products are more expensive then the competition. However, besides the fact that they ALL work, and work incredibly well, I feel good knowing that the kind of people you employ, are the kind of people I would never hesitate to help in life. I know my money is going to good hard working honest individuals who are trying to live their own lives, raise and take care of their families. It is nice to know my money is not feeding a greedy corporation with a swelled upper management team that is drastically overpaid.
     
    Even as a Canadian I support Americans because to me, Americans are like brothers and sisters to me as a Canadian. We need each other, and our successes feed off of each other, and we push forward for the same rights and ways of life.

    I know the feeling. I order Adam's clay then like next week the new clay comes out. Order Machine Super Sealant and BAM! out comes Liquid Paint Sealant.
     
    So what new product would y'all like to see and I will place an order. Lol.

    Friends, we are working on it!  We had no idea how well this product would sell in our line, and the profit margins on these is not very fat.
     
    We wanted to see how it went first, before getting custom labels made.  They have sold well, and we are working on labels.  When we have them, they will be made available to anyone who has purchased a Kwazar bottle for free.  If that's cool, COOL!
     
    The plan is to create a single label for all Kwazar bottles, with a matte-white writeable zone.  Otherwise, we will have to create a Kwazar label for each of our chemicals, which is not yet justified.

    The ones from Luxor are the exact ones that used to be sold here. I have one from Adam's and my brother has one from Luxor since at the time Adam's was out of stock. They are identical in every way and also come with the bottle holder. For anyone that wants the bottle holder separately they do sell that part alone. Great cart nonetheless.
