  1. If you have it rewash them with Adam's Micorfiber Revitalizer. A few year back when working in the yard my wife was using a wet great white on her neck to keep cool, well she had colored hair and it bled to the towel. 1 wash in Revitalizer and I can't pick out which one it was when it went back to the container with the rest of them.
  2. Revive does work well on clear hard plastic surfaces, not sure on the soft windows.
  3. I LOVE G-Bodies! Sweet Grand National.
  4. And added or deleted the stripes. I wouldn't think SVRT would hold up to the heat on the exhaust, but I'd agree the wheel coating is described to resist the heat a bit better than the paint coating.
  5. P. Sherman 43 Wallaby Way Sydney.... I kinda did always want to see Australia
  6. Where did you get the rubber at? I'm envisioning a combination for under the tire of the rubber mat and 2x10's to drive up on..... maybe I need help for my cleaning problem
  7. Thanks for the pics. Great looking cars, but how did you not get a shot of the Alfa 8C?
  8. I couldn't even tell when he put the soap on, mine get a ton of suds, between the foam gun and what's pulled out of the bucket. That Yellow will be dull and lifeless in a year with that routine.
  9. Loving those tips, interested in the answer on the Plastic. The wife's car has similar smooth glossy plastic and I wondered which coating would wok on it.
  10. Finally got decent enough weather to get a wash in, though it was sprinkling while doing my wheels. Tire and Rubber Cleaner/ New Tire Brush: Some of the best tire cleaner I've tried. When paired with the New Tire brush, it looked like I had wide white's for a minute. The new brush has much better flex than the Blue bristle one, so it takes less effort to clean the tires, great upgrade to this product. Wash & Wax: Very light scent, which was nice since I'm not big on peach. My water was a little too cold to get it to mix well in my non-Adam's foam gun, but it did put out decent suds when hit with a strong stream in the bucket. Could be my imagination, but it did seam to leave a pretty slick finish, should have some rain soon to see how it beads. Used Detail Spray as a drying agent and there was and added slickness not normally there. I would not have suggested that any of the previous products from Adam's for these actions would have needed upgraded, but once again they have topped themselves. I still have Odor Neutralizer to try out, but it was just too cold to do the interior as well. I did tryout the Brilliant Glaze on the inside of the windshield using the Green Microfiber Glass Scrubbing Towel to buff it out and I found it to work very well. Very curious to see how well it keeps the out-gas hazing down. Thanks for the great products Adam's Team!
  11. I would guess the glass cleaner would just remove the thin coating the Brilliant Glaze has just laid down, so I would just use a clean towel as shown in the video.
  12. I lived in apartments for years, they always had garages so I could still wash our vehicles. All of my neighbors would at one time or another if they came in while i was washing make a joke of "Mine next" or whatever. Well one time after such a joke and I was finishing I figured why not. So I washed the neighbors car while they were in their apartment. They said thanks a week or two later when coming in they caught me washing my car again.
  13. Never seen that color on a full size, I would have maybe went with Great Pumpkin, but I love that special from when I was a kid. Can't wait for the full detail.
  14. I never could watch me neighbors wash their cars. I always wanted to run over and grab the sponge or dollar store micro-fiber from them, smack their hand and say "No!"
  15. Riding out my last couple days in San Jose, no parts came in for work so nothing to do tonight, but I need to switch from 15:00-00:00 to 08:00-017:00 tomorrow. I head back Saturday and I have a filthy truck and car to wash and a new bottle of Wash & Wax waiting for me, was too cold be for leaving Portland.
  16. Wow, tons of life left in that paint. I've always like Beetles, must be from watching all the Herbie movies too much when I was a kid... OK I have them on DVD currently so I still watch them. I would love a 50's Oval, 12V conversion with a 2300cc engine.
  17. No entry for me, I don't do any social media. This forum is a close as I get.
  18. I think its be said well above, so all I have is a huge thank you to Adam and the Adam's team. Keep up the innovation and congratulations on the superb customer focus.
  19. No kids here and all our family on both sides are in Ohio. Not sure I had a favorite thing, but the wife got me a couple mystery boxes leading up to Christmas as well as a couple safety razors. The RazoRock Slant is the best shaver and the 1921 Gillette New Standard is the prettiest.
  20. In this area of the Pacific Northwest it usually gets warm enough at some point that I can just do a normal wash, when it's too cold or nasty out I just don't wash.
  21. Looks good, I need to do the ones on my Dakota, though they are more yellowed than the sandblasted look.
  22. I think most factory wheels are clear coated even in the "machined" areas, maybe someone else knows for sure.
  23. I can see the argument of why so many changes, why don't they just get it right the first time, what do they need so many steps. These products are designed for regular customers, not professionals with tons of experience. They are for people that might have never maintained a finish or not to the level of correcting swirls and scratches. They are for people with new car or old cars, single stage paint or base/clear. There are so many steps and options to offer a product that can work well for everyone. I see the new products and changes to current ones as innovation. They are trying to incorporate changes to the industry as that what the ever-changing customer base demands. From my experience they have never brought out a product that doesn't work or can't be backed by the guarantee. If this was a line intended for professional shops it might be less diverse and would have had less change over time, but with the innumerable combinations of experience and vehicle condition they have to have as many options to get each individual perfect results. as always: IMHO, YMMV and any other acronym for this is what I think and in no way steps on you opinion
  24. Ok, I'll give it to you on the vibration, you'll feel the PC for a few hours after you've finished. I've not found it uncomfortable, but it is one of the only polishers I've used.
  25. I have something similar going on with my truck, but it's due to a leak at one of the rear windows. I would try to make sure there is no water getting in the vehicle. One of the best no fog home remedies I've found is Barbasol Shave foam (cheap $1 can from the travel section of Wally World). You apply a thin coating of the foam and it won't allow the fog to form. Can be difficult to get it streak free and the next time you clean the windows you'll need to reapply.
