Can you use the same towel for both? As long as it isn't too dirty or used up from doing the first part, then sure. However, you're going to end up buying more microfibers soon enough, so you might as well get them now and start off the right way. It's much nicer having multiple towels to pick from as opposed to worrying if your one towel will work out. Single or Double Softs will both work great for sealant/wax removal! 

Sad to see you having to sell it. It's been great watching you work on it and seeing how much love and care you put into it. Best of luck with the sale and the future of your family and business!!

The versatility and price point make a rinseless a must have in your inventory IMO. I keep like 3 32oz bottles diluted to waterless strength around at all times.
 
With WW you might say, "is the car really dirty enough to use a 16oz bottle?". But with Rinseless the cost is almost nothing for that bottle so I use it like its going out of style and my car stays spotless.

I use a Gilmour and love it, but I'm confused by the original question. You asked if you should use microfiber wash pads, or switch to a foam gun. You should use both together in order to provide a safer wash, not just use one or the other. You can use a microfiber wash pad and a Two Bucket method alone, but not a foam gun by itself. I use my foam gun to cover the car in foam, then use a Two Bucket Method to clean the car. Hope that helps

If all goes according to plan we will be able to start offering our own clay beginning the 28th. 
 
The versions we've worked on are a little stickier, softer than our current stuff which I find easier to work with. As far as the actual function, its going to work about the same. When you get into varying types of clays it becomes mostly about the feel and how easy it is to work with. 

If the wheel well hadn't been dressed before, then its possible that they may need more product for the first dressing, as the wheel well will soak up the product the first time. Also make sure that your wheel wells are nice and dry before you apply the Undercarriage Spray

Yep, I feel like I get ripped off with some 16oz products compared to what the 36oz cost and I don't necessarily need a gallon of everything.

Great idea, and not only a poor man's washer, but a happy wife washer as well, if your significant other disapproves of microfibers in the normal washer
